Chapter 4 - Don’t Touch Anything... You’re Mine!

Honestly... I thought I'd get used to her.

I mean, how much trouble could one cat-girl be, right?

Short answer?

A lot. Far more than any normal human could handle.

It took me only fifteen minutes to figure out that Misa was more than just a spoiled cat.

She was obsessed.

I sat in front of the TV, trying to watch a soccer game — a desperate attempt to reclaim some of my "normal life,"

but Misa?

Misa was sitting on the couch next to me... no, not next to me, almost on top of me.

Her arm wrapped around my waist, her head buried in my chest, and her ear gently pressed against my heartbeat.

Any small movement from me was met with a combination of: light biting + threatening purring.

Great. I was officially a "human pillow for immediate use."

Then came the disaster.

My phone rang.

I looked at the screen.

A message from a classmate: "Hey Kyle! Are you ready for the project tomorrow?"

Before I could reach for my phone to reply, Misa snatched it from my hands.

With lightning speed.

She looked at the screen...

Then slowly raised her head to face me.

A deadly look.

A look that said:

"Go ahead, dig your own grave."

"Who's this?"

She said it in a cold tone that made me shiver.

"It's just a classmate..."

I mumbled, trying to sound innocent, even though I was literally innocent.

Misa didn't answer.

Instead, she reached out...

And deleted the entire conversation.

Everything.

Then, with deadly innocence, she sat in my lap again and began to rub her nose against my neck.

"No one touches you but me..."

She said it as if she was setting new universal laws.

I was officially... her property.

I tried to speak. I tried to protest.

But the next moment...

She sank her small teeth into my neck — a long, light bite, not painful, but it said everything:

"Not allowed. Not allowed. Pay attention."

"Misa... I need to breathe! You're on top of me completely!"

I screamed in despair.

"The cat loves hugging her master..."

She said, pressing herself even harder against me.

I could feel the warmth of her body, her breath, her rapidly beating heart.

And I also felt that if I moved even slightly wrong, I might be considered a traitor and face a massacre.

In my mind, I was screaming:

"I'm innocent, Your Honor! I swear I'm innocent!"

But my reality?

It was a beautiful, stubborn, jealous cat-girl... clinging to me like she intended to melt me completely.
