Odette was so excited by the idea of adventure that she didn't notice everyone's eyes were directed at her unblinkingly. Her eyes only focused on two things; the royal carriage, and the Masked Alpha.
Odette hurried towards the Masked Alpha and bowed, "I'm sorry for making you wait, Your Majesty. I am all ready!"
The Masked Alpha stared down at Odette with his glowing red eyes. He was seizing her with his eyes but said nothing as he opened the door for Odette, "We need to leave. Now."
"Y-yes, Your Majesty!" Odette was slightly taken aback when His Majesty opened the carriage door for her. She didn't want to make him wait, so she hopped into the carriage immediately.
The Masked Alpha was about to enter the carriage as well, but Zircon asked him first, "Your Majesty, do you need a second carriage to accompany your journey? We can get a few soldiers to follow you."
