The journey towards Ymir's tower was supposedly very dangerous, and Odette could see that. The road leading to the tower disappeared after they passed through the huge meadow.
There was no clear path, only swamps and forest, which was impossible to go through using a carriage. It should only be reachable if you traverse through a dangerous jungle by foot.
Odette looked back at the swamp they had just passed and shuddered knowing that it was impossible for her to walk through that swamp. There were many floating bogs, which meant the swamp must've been very deep and dangerous.
Luckily, by using His Majesty's magic, the carriage was floating two inches above ground, so there was no problem traversing through dangerous places.
Odette glanced at the Masked Alpha who was also staring at the window. He seemed to be uneasy, and it became obvious when he suddenly opened the window, letting the air coming from the forest to enter the carriage.
