Chapter 4 - Episode 4 - sang jaey’s escape and zoicks transformation

Sang-Jaey's Arrival at the Lab

The episode begins with Dr. Kwan asking the shocked school members, "Can we take Sang-Jaey with us?" They are still in disbelief after witnessing the battle but manage to nod in agreement. The scientists carefully transport Sang-Jaey to their lab for further examination.

As Sang-Jaey is being examined, a beeping sound from one of the machines suddenly alerts the scientists. One of them exclaims, "Zoick… he's rapidly reaching human limits!" This revelation stuns the room. But before they can process this, another scientist monitoring Sang-Jaey gasps and calls out to Dr. Kwan in shock, "Sir! You need to see this… his injuries… they're healing at an impossible rate!"

The scientists crowd around the monitor. Sang-Jaey's wounds are closing on their own, his muscle structure is changing, and his biceps are enlarging. This phenomenon leaves them speechless.

At that moment, the spell starts reacting violently. A deep hum fills the lab, drawing their attention toward the glowing artifact. Dr. Kwan, watching both Sang-Jaey and Zoick's transformations unfold simultaneously, mutters under his breath, "There's going to be serious consequences…"

After some time, Dr. Kwan appoints Dr. Lee to monitor Sang-Jaey.

Sang-Jaey Wakes UpSometime later, Sang-Jaey suddenly wakes up in confusion, looking around at the unfamiliar lab. His heart pounds as he sees medical equipment around him. Panic sets in.

"What happened to me?!" Sang-Jaey demands.

Dr. Lee, standing nearby, calmly approaches him and replies, "Don't you remember anything?" His tone carries both curiosity and doubt.

Sang-Jaey, still dazed, looks at him in confusion. "What are you talking about?" he asks.

Dr. Lee then pulls up a screen and plays footage from the battle against the monster. The scene shows Sang-Jaey fighting at impossible speeds, his strength far beyond normal human limits. "How… how can you do this?" Dr. Lee questions, his voice filled with disbelief.

Sang-Jaey stares at the screen, unable to believe what he's seeing. "This… this isn't me…" he mumbles, shaking his head.

Feeling overwhelmed, he quickly gets up from the bed and starts exploring the lab.

Sang-Jaey's Escape AttemptAs night falls, the lab is silent. The scientists are asleep, and only security guards patrol the area. Sang-Jaey, determined to escape, silently makes his way toward the exit.

However, upon reaching the main doors, he spots security guards stationed there. He quickly hides behind a wall, thinking, "There's no way I can get past them unnoticed…"

His eyes scan the room, searching for another escape route. Then, he spots the window. But there's a problem—it's in the same room where the spell is kept.

Taking a deep breath, Sang-Jaey makes his way toward the window, carefully avoiding any noise. As he rushes past the spell, he accidentally bumps into it. The artifact tumbles onto the floor.

At that moment, a flash of something from his past strikes his mind. The sensation is so sudden that he clutches his head. BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! The lab alarm begins ringing.

Sang-Jaey panics. His eyes dart to the spell, now lying on the ground. Without hesitation, he grabs it and hurls it at the window. CRASH! The glass shatters into pieces.

As he prepares to leap out, a glowing beast-like figure suddenly forms in front of him! It appears for just an instant before vanishing.

The scientists rush into the room, their eyes wide in shock.

Dr. Kwan steps forward, his expression unreadable. "As we expected…" he mutters.

Then, one of the scientists notices something alarming. "Sir! The beast inside the spell… it's gone!"

Dr. Kwan's face turns pale. "What?! Where did it go?" His mind races with fear and confusion.

Just then, a loud beep from another monitor draws their attention.

"Sir… Zoick… he's surpassed human limits!"

Dr. Kwan turns toward the screen in horror. His hands tighten into fists. Through the window, he sees Sang-Jaey running beside Zoick's lab.

A terrifying thought crosses his mind. "Where… where did the beast go?" His face darkens as he murmurs, "This is just the beginning of something much worse."
