Killer Bee charged forward recklessly, gripping a massive cow bone in his left hand as he launched into a wild assault.
Kisame Hoshigaki held Samehada firmly, preparing for impact.
"Yo!!!" Killer Bee roared, swinging the cow bone with all his strength. It struck Kisame's chest head-on, creating a massive wound. At the same time, Samehada lashed out, sinking its teeth into Killer Bee and absorbing a huge amount of his chakra.
Due to the sheer force of Killer Bee's attack, Kisame was sent flying, tumbling across the snow before crashing into a tree. He coughed up blood as he struggled to regain his breath.
Meanwhile, Killer Bee staggered back as his chakra was being devoured by Samehada, reverting him back to his base form.
Kinjin clenched his fists and exclaimed, "It worked! Bee, he's still alive, so finish him off quickly!"
Kisame spat out more blood, glancing down at his chest. A gaping hole exposed his fractured sternum. He smirked despite the pain. "I didn't expect you to have this much power..."
Seeing his opportunity, Kinjin grabbed a large blade and rushed forward to finish Kisame off.
Samehada, however, slithered towards Kisame, its tail extending into his grasp.
Kinjin frowned. "What the hell is that?"
Kisame's wounds began to heal at an alarming rate, flesh visibly knitting back together.
Killer Bee narrowed his eyes. "So that sword doesn't just steal chakra—it gives it back to its wielder."
With his chest now fully healed, Kisame lifted his shirt slightly, taunting Bee. "The stronger the opponent, the stronger I become. The more powerful you are, the more excited I get. I won't get tired, and I won't go down."
Kinjin wiped the sweat from his brow. "Bee, be careful. That sword absorbs chakra and turns it into his energy."
Kisame grinned. "That's why they call me the Tailed Beast Without a Tail."
He then formed a hand seal and unleashed a powerful jutsu:
**"Water Style: Great Exploding Water Shockwave!"**
Naruto, watching from a distance, frowned and quickly retreated. He wasn't ready to reveal himself just yet. The power of the Rinnegan's Deva Path had not fully recovered. He decided to wait until Kisame had exhausted himself before making his move.
From Samehada's position, an enormous sphere of water erupted, expanding outward to engulf the forest in a ten-mile radius.
Kisame stood at the center of the massive water dome, smiling. "The longer this fight goes on, the weaker you'll become. But the weaker you get, the stronger I'll be."
As he spoke, his body began to change, transforming into a monstrous shark-like form, complete with gills and webbed hands.
Killer Bee watched Kisame's transformation and felt troubled for the first time.
Kinjin shouted urgently, "Bee, we have to take that sword away! The key to his power is Samehada!"
Kisame chuckled darkly as Samehada merged with his body, fusing into his very being. His transformation completed, he now appeared less human and more like a humanoid shark.
"Go ahead. If you can tear Samehada away from me, be my guest."
Kinjin's face paled. "Damn it, he fused with the sword."
Killer Bee was shocked. "He's part fish now. No, half-human, half-fish."
Kinjin muttered, "That's too long to say. Let's just call him a half-merman."
Kisame laughed. "Now then, let's get started!"
Killer Bee quickly grabbed Kinjin and Ponta, dragging them with him as he swam. He knew that if they stayed in the water any longer, Kinjin and Ponta would drown. They needed to escape first.
As Bee accelerated, Kisame smirked. "You can't escape my Water Style. The difference between us in the water is too vast."
Killer Bee continued swimming but quickly realized something was wrong. He couldn't see in front of him at all. "What the hell is this? What kind of jutsu is he using?"
Kinjin suddenly screamed, "Bee! Behind you!"
Bee turned his head and saw Kisame closing in at an alarming speed, moving through the water like a true predator.
Bee, however, remained unfazed. "It doesn't matter—I won't lose!"
He increased his swimming speed, determined to outpace Kisame.
Inside the sealed space of his mind, Gyūki—the Eight-Tails—grumbled, **"You're still rapping at a time like this? Idiot. You haven't realized it yet, have you?"**
Bee frowned. **"Realized what?"**
**"That half-merman is controlling the entire water dome. It moves wherever he moves. Are you blind? And since he's part shark now, he can breathe underwater indefinitely. If you just keep running, you'll eventually be killed."**
Bee asked, "Then what do we do?"
Gyūki explained, **"Akatsuki's target is you, Bee. If you swim in the opposite direction, he'll chase you. That way, Kinjin and Ponta can escape."**
Bee nodded. "Got it. If he follows me, the water dome will move, and Kinjin and Ponta will be free!"
Without hesitation, Bee bolted in the opposite direction.
However, Kisame didn't take the bait.
Instead of pursuing Bee, he turned toward Kinjin and Ponta, intent on killing them.
Bee's eyes widened in shock. "Nani!?"
This guy wasn't following the rules!
Furious, Bee immediately changed course, heading back toward Kisame at full speed.
"Stop it, you bastard!!!"
Kisame merely chuckled. "Too late—you've been tricked."
