[ Chapter XXVI (26): "IN PREPARATION FOR THE STUDENTS: THE HOGWARTS EXPRESS" ]

Felix on top of his slightly unsteady broom, a Cleansweep One, could be seen overlooking the untamed and unruly terrain of the Wizarding World...

And under him is the exact portal, a double wooden door protected by invisible shields that can't be broken down by anything... Even some dinosaurs which are 25 feet tall couldn't break it, then who could?

The answer is no one, at the moment that is. As that exact same said doorway leads to the Detective Comics Universe, to be more precise the 21st Century Earth wherein his future students would pour out, a week from now.

[ "What the hell am I gonna do...?" ]

He has been in the air for half an hour, feeling the cold sickening breeze of the air... Which is mostly blocked by his suit, enchanted because he could, expensive, but worth it.

If he didn't enchant it through the System, then he would have died due to the cold, if not then the fall he'll experience when the cold freezes his body...

Which is funny, because the terrain Felix is overlooking on isn't ice related, or snow... But is a plains, wherein grass could be seen abundant with animals running around...

Right beside is the forest, then the desert, then tundra, then very far away is a snowy forest one... The unnatural way these terrains kept their barrier, and not let other terrain completely mix in kind of reminded Felix of Minecraft...

Which is hella fun... In it he could create impressive structures, and destroy everything... Not that he's saying he'll destroy this world he found himself ruling over, no he isn't that mad, but instead.

Just like in his Minecraft Worlds, he'll create impressive structures wherein people could admire... But in real life. And the primary on his list at the moment is the legendary Hogwarts Express.

The legendary red steam locomotive train that gives time for students to chat with one another, get accustomed with one another, buy sweets, and admire the scenery.

More so this Wizarding World as it is filled with monsters, animals, and magical beasts that for sure they'll admire... If Felix's enthusiasm in seeing them for the first time is to be used as reference, then yes.

But Felix at the moment is caught in a dilemma... He placed the portal in an even ground i.e not fit for the vision he has in mind.

You see, monsters exist, true to this world... And if he were to build the Hogwarts Express he doesn't want it to be on the ground, face-to-face with extinct monsters... If worse comes to worse, then wouldn't the students be traumatized?

So no, he thought of elevating the Hogwarts Express high, but not that high to the point wherein gigantic birds could crash onto the Express.

No, but instead high enough for the children to be safe, but also not that high for them to collide with gigantic prehistoric birds.

That plan is set, so the first thing he needs to do, is move the portal to an elevated ground... But that'll be for later as he needs to create the said elevated ground for it to stand on i.e. the true first thing he needs to do is create the platform...

And he also wants to change how it functions, thankfully he now could... For a measly 150 Points... Which is impressive because Felix didn't believe he could say something like that a month prior.

For him to gather about 150 Points, then at the very least he needs to endure half a month's worth of life-threatening quests... But now he is rich, has income, and could say that yes 150 Points is cheap.

Mainly because he prioritizes students experience over what he has, which came from them first after all. So why not invest back?

He looked at the Hogwarts Express which is in truth three parts... 750 Points for the red train itself which is only lvl. 1, 150 Points for the platform each for stations, and 25 Points for the rail tracts for each 250 meters.

Sighting to himself, he looked behind him and noticed that he can't see Hogwarts... Meaning, that the last one, the rail tracts would put a slight dent to his wallet; how much is not known to him at the moment, as he then focuses on what's in front.

At the System window, with the Hogwarts Express written on top. 3 images showing, the first is the platform, the train, the railtracts and details and details on how they function, below is the prices...

So with great reluctance Felix clicked the platform first, then confirmed his purchase... No sooner than later a magical platform that is slightly edited by Felix to match the industrial theme he is going with, appeared from thin air.

On the open field right beside the passageway, this scaring many monsters in turn as most if not all then ran away in seeing this sight... Felix was impressed too, in seeing the size of the thing.

But instead of being happy, he instead became more sadden realizing that 150 Points decreased from his wallet... Thankfully he has about;

[ WALLET: 4,163.3 POINTS ] still, but it's saddening the expense which made him shed a slight tear...

So he watches the thing and descended... He looked around the industrialized theme platform and noticed a pillar nearby that he could use for the new gateway...

Yes, in accordance with Pottermore culture. The new gateway will not be double doors to Narnia, but is instead the same old running to the wall and appear somewhere else...

Platform 9¾ essentially, but half-half... Because the entrance is still the wall presented in fake Hogwarts, but the exit is here, in the pillar... So I guess you could call this as Platform 4⅖ or something.

...

Platform 9¾ still sounds good, so he'll go with that.

Felix with the help of his broom levitated around the platform, before then getting bored and going ahead with his plan.

The hovering System beside him indicated that about an exit platform is needed, yada yada, he didn't bother reading and instead focused his gaze on the red train called Hogwarts Express...

THE Hogwarts Express from the movies, amusement parks, and so-on... Which Felix had wanted to ride on since he was but a child, now that dream seemingly comes into reality with him clicking the picture of it in the middle...

750 Points! That's how much decreased from his wallet, and it isn't even fully upgraded yet, lvl. 1! It is only lvl. 1, meaning it's a normal train without any enchantments...

But that doesn't matter, as if Felix were to spend 2,000... Then it'll be upgraded to have some rooms in extending charm, then the next upgrade will make the Hogwarts Express wider and more comfortable which cost... 10,000 Points...

A poor ghost like Felix didn't need it anyways, so he didn't upgrade the train and instead focused on the other aspect of it... Funnily enough nothing is appearing in front of them, due to the System warning him that there's no train tracts for it to be placed on...

So unless he build a single train tract, then it wouldn't appear no matter what he does...

So with a sight to himself, he clicked on the third image and immediately, before Felix's eyes... His wallet money plummeted from 3,482.9 Points which is slightly increasing, to somewhere around 2,283.4 without any hesitation...

Which caused Felix to stammer in shock, almost falling from his broom. Thankfully he was able to pull back his soul that was about to leave his body, back to his body, and grasp the broom under him with difficulty...

[ "HUH!?!" ]

As he ignores the elevated rail tracts that are supported by beams, or the legendary red train appearing besides him... No, instead he watches his wallet with a heartache...

A deep sorrow for his lost money showing to his face, which is almost ready to cry out... Thankfully years of being a man instinctively made it stop...

Though still rich, but not as rich as before. Still not poor, but he feels like poor. Felix wept silently for his lost Points... As he could only mumble to himself.

[ "My money..." ]
