Somewhere in the Land of Waterfalls, In a Secret Hideout
Inside a dimly lit room, Hand-2 and Hand-1 were having a serious conversation. The air was thick with tension as the mission ahead loomed large.
Hand-2:"I'm glad you're here. I have an important mission for you a mission given specially by our leader ."
Hand-1:"And what would this mission be?"
Hand-2:"I need you to infiltrate Takigakure."
Hand-1:"Takigakure? And what do you expect me to do once I'm inside their Hidden Village?"
Hand-2:"Your task is simple. I want you to gather any and all information you can about other villages. Most importantly, I need intel on Takigakure's Jinchuriki. If you come across any information on jinchuriki from other villages, that would also be valuable."
Hand-1:"You're putting a lot of faith in me. Do you know how difficult it is to infiltrate a village and gather such sensitive information?"
Hand-2:"That's all I require. Don't worry, you won't have a time limit on this mission."
Hand-1:"Even without a time limit, this mission is still a challenge. Infiltrating a village like Takigakure will take time, and I'm sure you've accounted for that. But have you considered the risks? If I'm discovered, I have no escape — death or torture would be my fate."
Hand-2:"True, but every mission we undertake carries the risk of death. It's not anything new for you."
Hand-1:"It's not the risk of death that concerns me. In exchange for completing this mission, there's something I want to know."
Hand-2:"Would you accept this mission if I answered your question?"
Hand-1:"I'll take on the mission... if your answer satisfies me."
Hand-2:"Ask away."
Hand-1:"We're a criminal organization, right? We usually hunt people for their bounty. But recently, our Leader seems to have other plans. I don't understand why we've been collecting so much money, and for what purpose. What is it all for?"
Hand-2:"So, you want to know why we've been amassing wealth?"
Hand-1:"Exactly. What's the endgame?"
Hand-2:"I'm not fully authorized to explain everything to you, but I can give you a hint. You're right in assuming your mission is connected to a bigger plan. However, I can tell you that it's something big... and very dangerous. That's why we have to keep it a secret — even from the rest of the organization. Its success depends on secrecy. But, I will say that it involves the Hidden Villages."
Hand-1:"Hmmm, that doesn't give me much, but if our Leader's plans are as grand as you claim, I think I can handle this mission."
Hand-2:"Good. Begin as soon as possible."
Hand-1:"Don't worry. I'll handle it, like always."
Hand-2:"Good to hear. By the way, have you seen the Leader recently? He's been missing."
Hand-1:"Our Leader is... dealing with something important. I'm not sure what exactly, but he hasn't informed me of his whereabouts. He's left everything to me for now."
Hand-2:"He's entrusted a lot of responsibility to you. He must have great faith in you."
Hand-1:"I wouldn't say that. He relies on me simply because there's no one else who can do it."
Somewhere in the Woods, a Hidden Cave
In the Land of Waterfalls, hidden deep within the forest, a figure cloaked in black entered a cave. The black mask covering his face did little to hide the weight of his purpose.
For five minutes, he navigated through the cave, his footsteps echoing in the silence. Finally, he stopped before a metal door. With a few hand signs, he released the seal that had protected the entrance for so long.
This man, the Leader of the criminal organization, needed to complete something urgent in his hidden lair. But before venturing deeper into his secret refuge, he sealed the door behind him. The mission was too important for any interruptions.
He ascended a narrow staircase, descending deeper into the lair's lowest level. This was where he conducted his experiments, trying to unlock new powers and methods to get stronger. Nothing mattered more to him than becoming powerful enough to challenge the Kage themselves.
For years, he had been experimenting with new jutsu, focusing on creating techniques that could rival those of the strongest. However, despite his dedication, his creations only reached the level of A-rank jutsu — far from the S-rank or Forbidden Jutsu he desired. These techniques, coveted by the Hidden Villages, were nearly impossible to obtain, as they could only be taught by the Village Kage. Stealing them was too risky and not an option he could afford.
The black market was his last resort. However, the price for such techniques was exorbitant. But that didn't matter. He had devised numerous strategies to acquire large sums of money in a short time.
He had also hired scientists to help him with his research. They worked out of a separate hideout, focusing on methods that could enhance his strength.
Despite his many efforts, everything wasn't perfect yet. But he believed that with enough time and practice, he would surpass the strength of any Kage.
The real challenge, however, lay in his grand plan. He needed his organization's members to grow stronger as well. Currently, only Hand-1, Hand-2, and Hand-3 were at the Jonin level. The rest were either Tokubetsu Jonin or Chunin level.
But even with his forces still growing, he was determined. The organization's future depended on the strength of its members. And with the pieces in place, he was confident that his grand scheme would unfold as he envisioned.
