Chapter 13 - **Chapter 13: Mihir Returns with Renewed Vigor and Confidence to Solve the Case**

There was nothing in Mihir's life for which he was wandering here and there. He had everything, every single thing. Then Mihir took out the letter and looked at its cover. He saw the address on the envelope, which was of a foreign country. He wrote his message on that address and posted it.

Then that letter reached that address in at least 15 days, and that address was of Leon's house. As soon as she saw the letter, she understood that Mihir had sent it. And she started reading.

It was written in that letter:

**"Hello Madam,

I am very grateful to you for getting me out of all these troubles. I was quite depressed, and then I got this letter from you. And you made me understand that no matter what happens, one should not consider oneself weak. Whatever the situation, we must keep ourselves under control and never fall into darkness. Thank you very much. I gave my life for this money, and today it was very useful to me.

Your employee and member,

Mihir"**

Leon was very happy to read all this, and then she thought, "Now I will send him money on the last date of every month."

She had saved Mihir from becoming more depressed and revived his courage and confidence before it gave up. Now Mihir had woken up again and started preparing himself mentally and physically to solve the case.

He just remembered everything for hours—whatever he had done. Within a few weeks, his mind again started running at an advanced level, and he again started planning to meet another friend of that man. And he also got his address. Then he decided, "I will meet this friend on this day and that friend on that day to find out further details."

Then Mihir left on his bike early in the morning and left for another city where he would get the answer to his second question from another friend of that common man—Sachin—who worked as a hotel manager. That was the number one hotel of the city in which his friend Sachin used to work.

Then it became evening when he reached that hotel. Then he saw that Sachin was sitting near the counter, wearing a fake ID card of a journalist. He went into the hotel and drank tea worth 500 rupees. Then, when the time came to pay the bill, he said that he had no money.

Then the waiter caught him and took him to Sachin. And they said, "This boy is not paying the money after drinking tea." Then Sachin checked his ID card and said, "He is a journalist. Let him go, it doesn't matter. Pay the money next time." Then the waiters went away from there.

Then Mihir said, "Take this money," and then he asked him, "Do you know this man?" Sachin said after seeing the photo, "He was my best friend. Why are you asking about him?"

Then Mihir said, "He committed robbery in the bank, and when he did not pay the money, someone killed him and left."

Sachin said, "This is a lie. He did not do anything like this. This is all a lie."

Then Mihir said, "Then tell me what is the truth."

He said, "We were four friends," and said the same thing that Manohar had said. However, he told something different. "One day I got a call from him, and he was very nervous. It seemed from his voice that he had some problem. He disconnected the call before explaining the problem. I tried many times but got no response. Then one day he called me and said that nothing happened, I did it just like that."

"Then I thought maybe the fun was about to come. I didn't even know that he is no more."

Mihir said, "Manohar did not tell me."

Then Sachin said, "He lives far away and his number is also not there, due to which we do not talk much on the phone."

Mihir got this answer and Sachin said, "I am sorry that we are no longer friends." And then Sachin said goodbye to Mihir from there.

And Mihir got late and he took his bike and left from there immediately. He reached home at 12 in the night. And he put everything aside and went to sleep. He was feeling very sleepy.

He got up in the morning and got fresh, and then after having breakfast, he remained at home the whole day because today he had to look into the case and understand it. He had not even seen the report to know what it was. He was only investigating from outside. He couldn't even look inside.

Then suddenly he remembered a moment. *If Manohar does not know anything and did not tell Sachin, he had called him but did not tell him, then disconnected the call and called again and said that something is missing but I don't know what.*

It was morning and evening, but he remained lost in that case.
