Flashback
I hope you never come back Nathania said to Maraian when she was leaving the house. She waved her goodbye and she did the same tearfully. I was passing by and I heard Nathania taking with someone on the phone I had suspicions that she was hiding something from us I turned to leave and she hit something on my head and I collapsed instantly. I woke up not remembering anything then when I saw her I remembered what she did she forced some soup in my mouth and I didn't see anything after. I woke up again to be in the hospital and I called Maxwell to caution him about Nathania but he wasn't answering my calls. After I was discharged I went back to my house and didn't bother to go back there again I even went to his company but he wasn't there either I was very sad but went back home. Until some months later when I heard she had been caught by the police and sentenced to death.
Maraian's Pov.
We enjoyed are selves at the wedding and I and my kids gave our presents to Sandra and her husband. After that I went to stay at a hotel I has sold all my houses except a remaining of one which was under renovation. And I wanted to expand my business again, it was too tiring. I shared it among my children equally whilst I gave some to the orphanage in my will it was now easier to be managing about four companies but at times very difficult especially when I skipped at any time.
I decided to visit my friends I went there alone and left them with their nanny. I knocked about three times before someone came and it was Mrs Wendy. "Wow Maraian it's been a very long time wow its been oh my God come in" Good morning yeah it's been ages how are you doing by the way" "Well I'm fine by God's grace and how are you doing too" she said happily " I'm also fine and came here to check on my fellas"i added"Oh they actually moved to their own house and they live close to themselves I can give you their address" "Oh that will be very great" She gave me their address and we talked for some time before I left to meet them.
The first person I saw was Danielle we hugged very tight then I went to meet the rest with some kids. Danielle and Athan have two kids now, Nina and John three and Sara and Kwami two with one on the way. We talked for a while until Kwami brought the matter "So I Heard you divorced Maxwell does he know that you are here" No and I don't want him to know that I'm here" You just don't want to make things messy right"Nina asked " we are done and we are just strangers "Did you here what happened to Nathania"Kwami asked they explained everything to me I felt sorry for them Maxwell, Nathania was my rival and her mother the worst.
I gave them my gifts and left later that day I went home late and met my kids waiting for me i tucked them to sleep and I went to my room I was very tired and decided to sleep.
There was this friend of mine I met at where I was staying who wanted me to buy a house for her at an estate. I dropped the kids at Mrs Wendy's place and went to work their nanny was busy so I told her I would explain to her after I came from work being late. I went to my company and I started work I called my secretary and she gave me my schedule I had only one appointment which was to go to the apartment and meet with the Ceo it was a one time thing to meet the ceo but I didn't want to meet any of the managers they were badmouthers.
I forgot the companies name but it was really one of a kind I was supposed to dress to be Ivy Hall but what's the essence of doing that when the person I was hiding from wasn't in the country I decided to grow my hair and dye the way it was and be the new Maraian not Ivy Hall I had to get an excuse to tell Mrs Wendy about the kids I couldn't just say anything she is way older than me so it was going to be extremely hard to lie she knew the was something fishy the moment I gave them to her and don't blame me, I had no option it wasn't like I could send the children to school they were on vacation and sending to school again will make them get angry at me.
Especially Zhanarah who never liked going to school but was very brilliant than Zayn a tiny bit it was like a competition so I had to change their clases and skip them to the upper class it wasn't really hard for them to regain their past grades. I went in with my shoulder length hair now below my arm I had made the ends curly and had light makeup on I stepped out of my car with my assistant tailing behind me. I took the file to go through again we had already bought the house but I wanted to talk with the Ceo and see I could recommend it to other customers I had who wanted to buy a house.
I went in to the house and the man seemed familiar his back and with how tall and how his hair was ohh shit, what had my assistant than this time I read the file and saw it was definitely him ahhh I groaned.
