Chapter 31 - Chapter 31 : Telekinesis

After Rojan, Polo, and Delvi were captured by the police, they were placed in a holding cell to be interrogated and tried in the city court of Venice.

All the police officers and FBI agents were very pleased because they had finally captured the fugitives who had long been difficult to apprehend. Reporters crowded into the police station, trying to interview Rojan and the others, but they were blocked by the officers, as criminals like Rojan were far too dangerous to be interviewed.

After that, Rojan, Polo, and Delvi were locked up in the detention cell.

"Hehehe, they think we can't escape from a place like this!" Rojan muttered, sitting and staring at Polo and Delvi.

"It turns out that all of this was orchestrated by Art and his friends. They already knew our situation and weaknesses!" Polo added.

"Then what should we do to escape from this cell, Rojan?" Delvi asked anxiously, clearly uncomfortable being locked up.

Rojan pondered for a moment and tried to use his magic, but he soon realized that his magic amulet had been taken by Mr. Andrew during the interrogation.

"This is a big problem for us! My magic amulet has been secretly taken!" Rojan exclaimed angrily.

"I didn't notice it in the interrogation room!" Polo said, seeing how furious Rojan was now that his amulet was missing.

"Now, everyone calm down and clear your minds!" Rojan commanded firmly.

They all sat in silence, thinking hard about how to escape the cell before they would be brought to the highest court in the city of Venice.

Meanwhile, Art, Tommy, and the others went to pick up Julia from the hospital, as she had recovered and was allowed to return home.

"Thank you, Doctor, for taking care of Julia until she recovered!" said Art, helping Julia.

"It's our duty. Just don't forget to take the prescribed medicine to ensure a full recovery!" the doctor reminded them.

"Alright then, we'll be going now. Thank you!" said Art and the others.

Art got into the car with Julia and the rest, and they headed toward Julia's house.

When they arrived, Julia's mother and father were very emotional, overjoyed to see their daughter return home healthy, after having been so worried for days.

"Art and everyone, thank you for taking good care of Julia!" said Julia's father.

"It's nothing, sir!" replied Art and the others.

"Please stay for a drink. Jeni will prepare something for you!"

"Jeni!" Julia's father called out for Julia's younger sister.

Then Jeni came over, and her beauty immediately stunned Art and his friends.

"Please prepare some drinks for Art and his friends," Julia's father asked kindly.

"What would you like to drink?" Jeni said sweetly, glancing at Tommy.

"Oh, there's no need to trouble yourself!" Art and Avicii quickly said.

"It's no trouble at all," Jeni said, now smiling at Art.

"We'll have some hot tea, please," they said.

Afterward, they all sat and chatted about what had happened to Julia, and during the conversation, Julia's father presented Art with a ring.

"This is a token of our gratitude. Please keep it safe!" he said, handing over a beautiful, glowing blue diamond ring.

"Oh, no need, sir! We just want to watch out for each other — we've been friends since we were kids and now even help the local police in solving cases," Art explained.

"It's alright, son! Take this ring as a keepsake from us," Julia's father insisted.

Reluctantly, Art accepted the ring and put it on his ring finger. It fit perfectly and looked very striking.

After the conversation, Art and his friends said their goodbyes because they needed to finish their final school assignments.

Art, Tommy, and Avicii each headed back to their own homes.

At home, Art kept staring at the beauty of the ring. He felt as if something alive was within it, but he brushed off the feeling.

Art went into his room, unpacked his bag, and began finishing his schoolwork because the final exams were just a few days away.

Meanwhile, Rojan, still sitting in the cell, suddenly remembered something and woke Delvi, who was sleeping.

"Delvi, now is not the time to sleep! Wake up!" said Rojan.

"Yaaawn… I'm so sleepy, Rojan. What's going on?" Delvi replied.

"Polo, you and I share a magic amulet that can merge into a Dragon Amulet. That amulet is kept in Mr. Andrew's drawer."

"So what next?" Polo asked eagerly.

"You and I have unique magic powers! As long as the amulet is near us, our magic will not disappear. And Delvi, you still have manual magic powers that I transferred to you, so you can still use magic!" Rojan explained.

"Alright, Delvi, calm yourself and focus your mind on the amulet! You have telekinesis — you must move and retrieve it using your mind. The amulet is in Mr. Andrew's drawer!" ordered Rojan.

"I'll try!" Delvi answered.

Delvi focused all his attention on the amulet, and with his telekinetic power, he successfully opened the drawer and retrieved the amulet without anyone guarding the room.

Now the amulet was back in Rojan's possession, thanks to Delvi's telekinesis.

"Good job, Delvi! Now we're going to destroy this room!" said Rojan as he activated his magic powers once again.

Using his magic, Rojan managed to destroy the cell, bending the iron doors, and allowing them to escape.

Some police officers spotted them running and tried to chase them, but the officers were thrown back by a gust of magical wind. Rojan, Polo, and Delvi quickly teleported elsewhere.

Now Rojan, Polo, and Delvi were back in the palace.

"Finally, we made it out!" said Rojan, sitting back on his throne, while their troops came and welcomed them.

"Alright, tomorrow we'll create chaos in Venice. This isn't over yet — Art and his friends are going to learn a lesson!" declared Rojan.
