Uchiha Kagami was the only one to reach the level of Elite Jonin apart from Danzo and Hiruzen among Tobirama's disciples.
His actual combat strength rivaled Hiruzen's and surpassed Danzo's.
That's an impressive feat considering Hiruzen and Kagami were just 19 years old this year, while Danzo was 20 years old.

"You gather a certain amount of chakra in your limbs, launch the attack, and detonate the gathered chakra outwards using the point of impact."
"For example, if you want to punch someone using it, you must gather a sufficient amount of chakra in your arm, hit the target, and detonate the chakra outwards from your hand as the punch connects."
"But was that all?"
"Of course, not."
"Otherwise, the Uchiha clan Shinobi would have long started using it to battle us after copying the technique with their Sharingan."
"We were at each other's throats for thousands of years, after all."
"Now, since you have read the scroll, tell me why Uchiha or any other Shinobi clan, apart from us, Senju, never used this technique in actual combat."
