Chapter 20 - Disciple Cultivation System ch20 Class A pt2.

"With everything said and done class is now dismissed."

After multiple trials and failures by many students for almost an hour, Grim believing they needed more time to increase their mastery officially ended the class.

"Before you all leave, I want you'll to know beforehand that there be a practical test tomorrow."

Her announcement left the class in a sour mood, a few complaints echoing from the back.

"Come on professor it's just the first day."

"Yeah."

Ignoring them she shook her head and continued.

"For the test you'll be divided into two categories. Those whom were able to master coating today will spar among themselves and those whom couldn't will be given a chance tomorrow to show me their improvements. Ofcourse attendance will be taken and I'll have you know excusing yourself from my class will mean a failure in my course."

Seeing the horrified expression on their face after hearing Grim's words, Art couldn't help but remiscant about his early college day.

"You'll get use to it." He mused curcling his fingers and flicking the sleeping pink haired elf in the head.

"Ouch!"

She groaned, her head on the table shifting to face him as she opened her eyes and locked gazes with him, only to close it shortly after.

"Tsk."

Annoyed but keeping his composure, he didn't rage waiting a few minutes to repeat his flick.

"My final announcement goes to this three students. Valarie Lost, Cheshire and Ellie. You three are to remain in class."

Valarie just about to exist along Trish came to a halt and turn back.

Trish believing this was unfavourable also turned to follow but a sharp glare from Professor Grim didn't let her continue.

Art watching her miserable state of confusion burst into a laugh, letting her know her attempts of keeping Valarie away from him had failed but his tease backfired as a prompt filled his sight.

[Trish emotional meter: Like 1]

[Hint: Her first, even in humiliation.]

[Sword and aura mastery increased]

Having long lost the faith of Trish being sane, he wasn't much surprise by the hint.

"Want have I brought up on myself."

Cursing his past self for interacting with Trish first, he faced palmed.

----------

"We'll start with you miss Valarie, might I ask why you didn't participate during class activities?"

Placing the dagger on the podium, Grim approached Valarie whom back stiffened in anxiety.

How could she tell her professor that closing her eyes brought traumas she didn't like without sounding as if she was making an excuse.

"I wasn't feeling well.", she lowered her gaze.

"I'm afraid that is a lie."

Her sharp response left Valarie tensed her breath caught in her throat, leaving her unable to deny her statement.

"Miss Valarie."

Patting her on the shoulder with a soft expression, Grim crunched trying to meet the girl's eye level.

As a teacher and first and foremost an adult it was her duty to comfort a child but before all that....

"Art can you handle the other two for me?"

She turned to her reliable colleague seeking a favour of him.

"Ofcourse but you own me one!"

With a wink, he grabbed the sleeping beauty by the hood, then gesturing for Cheshire, the only other remaining student in class to follow him as they left the class.

-------------

"Trauma huh?"

Since today was the first day since lectures official commenced, there was only a half class leaving the hallway half empty as Art dragged the two troublesome students outside.

As he did, his mind seemed lost in thought recalling bits of Valeria childhood. That girl rough as she appeared now was as strong as Trish and held a title as one of the Seven.

The deaths of her parents having left scars in her mind had dimished said strength but without them she shone brilliantly like the stars in contrast to the two slackers behind me.

One was Ellie, a pink haired beautiful elf with eyes the same color as her hair. She wore a light blue hoodie over her top and skirt and the ends of her hair let lose cascade down her waist, causing each movement she took to sway them back and forth. She was a prodigy archer whom had started school earlier but because of some matters had to repeat the year one's again.

Currently she was yawning with half closed eyes. With unbalanced steps she was keeping standing with the aid of Cheshire, a half tanned black haired beauty with erriee dark pupils.

"Oh my, a handsome teacher dragging along with him two freshly ripped beauties, what a greedy man."

In a teasing voice she held Ellie's hand and smirk at Art whom didn't particularly react to her words.

Sure how she worded it sounded wrong especially taking into consideration he was a teacher but maybe because his intention were clear he didn't really think of such a scandalous scenario.

"So boring..."

Seeing how unfazed Art was, Cheshire winced in boredom, dragging the half asleep Ellie behind her and taking to Art's side.

"So what naughty stuffs are we going to do professor."

"...."

"Will it be something vanille since we'll so fresh or something handcore to spice up our enjoyment."

"Probably handcore." Art shrugged

"Really."

Unconscious leaping back in fright her smile was replaced with uncertainty.

"Calm down I meant a fight."

Art cleared the misunderstanding before it got him in trouble.

"Woah!"

A little be caught of guard,Cheshire whom heart had almost jumped out her chest sighed in relief but now maintaining an appropriate distance from Art just in case.

Art seeing her antics from the corner of his eyes smiled observing how such an innocent brat try to act cocky.

After the mess Trish had almost placed on him, he had review all the main characters traits and had comed up with the appropriate countermeasures for them.

For example Cheshire was the teasing type, something that grew more the closer she got with someone hence by making her jokes feel inappropriate just before he got close to her, he could cut off all future teasing by the root.

"Heh...I may be cluesless at what to do but for now I've them figured out."

For now he was just going with the flow since the early days wouldn't have anything dangerous to deal with.

He just had to look out for the ranking games coming out in two weeks.
