"Offering 2 silver eres for a gallon of my water is practically theft, don't you think?" Jared uttered.
"Is it? Think of it this way, how much would you place on the life of your people?"
Jared sighed.
"Again with the threat. Come on, man, do you not have any mercy in you? Even if it's a little bit, raise the price to at least 30 silver eres."
"Ahahah! No way, I'm being generous making it 2 silver eres. Don't push your luck."
Jared leaned over, giving Olsen puppy dog eyes.
"The hell? What's wrong with his face?" Olsen asked with disgust as he looked at Lucy.
"He... He is just thinking about something. My lord makes that face sometimes. Please don't think about it," Lucy was quick to respond, though she was panicking a bit.
"This is how he thinks? That's odd..." Olsen wasn't convinced, but there was no use fighting it.
