"No, I jumped off." Kirko remembered his leg leaving the ledge of the roof. He put his hand on his chest; he felt his heart beating.
"What's this feeling?" He smiled. "Why am I not scared but rather... I am excited?"
He pulled the hood of his hoodie on as he continued to fall, then threw one of his daggers to the ground. As it reached close to the ground, he grinned.
"Teleport."
He landed on the ground as if in a superhero pose. He looked up, and his eyes locked in with the horde of goblins. He stood up, then spun his dagger on his finger. The goblins rushed towards him, each screaming and wanting human blood. No tactics, no plans—just rushing towards Kirko with the intent of killing him.
As the handle got close to the palm of his hand, Kirko caught it and, in a blink of an eye, bolted towards them with a similar or even greater intent—to kill every single one of them.
As the distance between them decreased, a goblin leaped forward from the rest, but before it could blink—shhk—a dagger slid into its throat. As its blood continued to spray, Kirko twisted the dagger and sliced its head off.
That one.
A club struck from the side. He dodged by bending his body back and caught himself using his hand, somehow reaching a bridge position. Then, as goblins jumped towards him, he pulled his leg up and caught one with his feet, then threw the monster to the ground. Getting up with the momentum of the attack, he threw a dagger at the ground, killing another.
This is harder than I thought.
He had no more time to think because a sword lunged towards him. He reacted quickly by parrying it with his dagger. He turned his head only to realize a goblin right next to his face, jumping towards him. Without hesitation, he sank his teeth into its neck, then tore it apart from its body. As it fell, he made the dagger he threw before reappear in his left hand, piercing its skull from the back, ending the monster.
Blood sprayed on the ground as the battle began.

He jumped back and looked at the horde in front of him, clenching something in the pocket of his hoodie.
"I have to use this soon or else I'll die."
From the roof of the school, a kid looked at the messy-haired boy.
With a trembling voice, "Isn't that dude going to die?"
"What do you mean? He's clearly winning," the other replied, playing with his hair.
"What do you mean?"
"Just look down there. He's the one smiling while the goblins look a little fearful. As we were talking, he killed 3 more."
The massacre continued. Kirko gasped for air, his hand resting on his knee. Just as the horde got close to him, he threw his dagger behind all of them and teleported far behind. He wiped some blood from his mouth.
"I didn't expect this to be so tiring."
For the goblins, Kirko was like an annoying pest they couldn't kill. Every time they got close, he magically got away, and soon their killing intent kept decreasing, while fear kept increasing as Kirko killed them one by one. From an annoying pest, he seemed like a beast they could not kill. But for Kirko, he was getting more and more tired with each kill.

Kirko grinned, pushing his hair away from his eyes.
"What's wrong?" He stretched his arm, daring the monsters while he gasped for air. "Weren't you all going to kill me?"
Three more goblins rushed toward him. Kirko pulled the hood of his hoodie over his face, covering his eyes. The first goblin struck with its club—Kirko sidestepped, throwing his dagger right into the goblin's chest. A spear then came at him; he dodged it, his ear getting grazed in the process. He grabbed the spear, broke the shaft in half, then pierced the broken half into the attacker's eye.
The third goblin tried to stab him from behind. Kirko vanished.
Before the goblin could process what had happened, a voice whispered behind him:
"Too slow."
A dagger tore through its skull.
Kirko kept gasping for air.
'Looks like now is the time to use these.' He looked around to see the horde separating.
'Looks like there are around 30 of them left.'
He teleported behind the horde, then ran away, still gasping for air, trying to catch his breath.
He turned around to see the goblins scatter further away from each other.
"Shit, I need to group them all up."
He looked around as he saw the horde running toward him.
"How will I do that?"
"You know what? I don't need a plan—I'll just do it." Kirko's eyes grew serious. He ran to the middle of the horde and threw his dagger high up into the sky. Then, as the horde got close, he smirked.
"Teleport."
He looked down at the horde and took out the metallic balls, then threw them toward the goblins.
"Die, YOU BITCHES!" Kirko screamed as loud as he could.
But Kirko didn't throw the dagger high enough. It may have been because he was tired, or maybe because he thought it was high enough, but as he fell, he was closer to the balls than he expected.
"Oh no." Kirko's eyes widened as he saw the balls about to explode.
The explosion wasn't that big, but it was enough to do serious damage. Corpses of goblins started flying, and among them, Kirko also flew far and crashed into the ground hard.
"Ack."
Luckily, he was still conscious, but his left arm and leg were completely broken, his face injured, blood flowing all over his body, and his eyesight blurry.
'My body's given up. I'm completely broken.'
He got up using his two stable limbs.
'It hurts. It hurts!' He cried a little.
'Why does it hurt so much?' He scratched his eye using his arm.
'I can't see. Am I going to die?'
He blew out a bit of air and got serious.
'If I finish the mission, there's a high chance I'll recover.'
His eyes widened.
'So I have to kill them all, I have to survive.'
He pulled up the screen to see his progress.

5 left. He looked around and noticed five green blobs standing behind him.
'Heh. My vision's gone, but I guess those blobs are the goblins.'
He turned toward them. The goblins also saw Kirko. All five locked on him, a little far away from each other, then rushed toward him. But Kirko didn't flee.
He put his whole body weight on his right leg, locked his eyes on the group, and pointed his dagger at them.
"I won't get killed by all of you!!!"
