Chapter 126 - CHAPTER 126

Kaelis pulled off the road and parked carefully by the side. He stepped down from the car, and Augustus, who had yet to do so, tilted his head to the side, his eyes examining the bar right in front of him. 

"Aren't you coming down?" Kaelis knocked against the window.

He furrowed his brows at him, but eventually, he complied and got down from the car, leaving Keelion's jacket inside.

"This is a waste of time," he said. 

"No, it's not." Kaelis made a face at him and threw his arm over his shoulder. "I've done this a few times when I need to let off steam and I assure you, you're going to enjoy it." 

He walked with him towards the entrance door of the bar and they were let in by the security who pushed the glass door open for them. 

Music was blaring loudly within the bar, eye-blinding lights all over the place. Augustus's face was contorted into a frown and he'd almost turned and left if not for Kaelis who dragged him over to the counter where they proceeded to sit down.
