Tian Ye waited at the 3rd floor of the Moonlit Pavilion's veranda seat and with his left and right hand raised around the decorative vase, he used spiritual qi to make the flower inside float on top of the table.

After a few seconds, he figured out that he didn't actually need both hands to do it and with his left hand, he kept the flower afloat.

With his free right hand, he swiped towards the flower causing it to rotate at high speed. Of course, he used spiritual qi, or else he'd just be a pretentious son of a… well, you know.

'Hm… the spiritual qi consumption is close to nothing and with my current recovery rate as a 9th Layer Qi Refinement Realm, even if I don't meditate, I can keep this up indefinitely.'

He thought with a new understanding towards spiritual qi.

He then had an idea, 'How about if I compress it?'

With this thought, he put his idea into work and pushed both his hands to each other, with the spiritual qi controlling the flower in the air suddenly compressed at one point. The flower no longer had its previous form but was turned into the size of rice grain.

With the compressed flower floating on top of his index finger, he closed his eyes and analyzed, 'How much spiritual qi did I just use, one percent?'

He couldn't help but frown thinking this, it was just a mortal herb that doesn't even have the least bit of spiritual qi yet it consumes 1%?

What would happen if he compresses spiritual herbs? Wouldn't it consume 10%? Or maybe even 20-30%?

He threw the compressed flower away with the thought, 'Well, it doesn't matter that much, as long as the spiritual qi inside the herb is enhanced, I wouldn't mind even if it consumed a hundred percent.'

Soon, he felt quite a number of life force had stepped on the 3rd floor, and saw that it was the waitress that replaced Li Hua's position in Moonlit Pavilion.

Behind her, was a line of waiters, in their hands, had 5 wine jars each.

With the waitress leading, she bowed when she reached in front of Tian Ye, "My lord, your 100 wine jars of Dragon's Elixir are all here, where would you like us to put it?"

Tian Ye waved his hand to his side in reply, "You can stack it all over there."

"As you wish, my lord." She stood on the side, looked at the line of waiters behind her, nodded, and the waiters replied with a similar action and began stacking the wine on the side of Tian Ye's table.

After they were done putting it down on the ground, they were all panting in difficulty, the pavilion was quite high after all, meanwhile, Tian Ye grinned and said as he raised his hands, wrapping the jars of wine stack on top of another on the ground with spiritual qi and absorbing them into his spatial ring. "You know, I could have done this on the first floor, do you resent me? If you're honest, I'll give you a reward."

There, the 20 waiters nervously looked at Tian Ye, although 2 weeks had passed, they hadn't moved on from the Xiong Clan's massacre that happened overnight.

He summoned one wine jar and waved it around, swirling the liquid inside then drinking a sip directly from the wine jar. He liked to drink directly in the wine jar, he didn't know why but he liked it.

"My…" The head waitress tried to speak but Tian Ye looked at her playfully, "Did I tell you to speak?"

The head waitress, who thought that she was being smart, sweated then tried to apologize immediately, "I ap…"

Tian Ye chuckled, interrupting her words, looking at her coldly, "You're really getting on my nerves, I just asked you if I told you to speak, why are you speaking again?"

The head waitress no longer spoke and went quiet, standing on the side, sweating profusely.

The 20 waiters who brought up the wine jars went quiet as well, afraid of displeasing Tian Ye.

Tian Ye turned his attention to the waiters and in annoyance, said, "What about you one… two… three… twenty waiters. Didn't I ask you a question? Why aren't you answering?"

One of the waiters immediately tried to deny and please Tian Ye saying that they were not dissatisfied in the slightest but a younger one suddenly shouted, interrupting his words, "You could have absorbed all the wine jars in the first floor, why couldn't you have done that instead of letting us bring it to the third floor?!"

The 19 other waiters felt goosebumps all over their bodies, along with the head waitress, looking at the courageous waiter then at Tian Ye in nervousness.

The people in the restaurant were quiet, even the few customers on the 3rd floor, wearing white robes, obviously they were from the Zhao clan, they were all quiet, in fear of Tian Ye's next actions.

Tian Ye just laughed out loud and walked towards the young and courageous waiter slowly, taking sips of wine every few steps.

The young waiter, who shouted, was now sweating profusely from his bravery. He had short black hair and eyes, he wore red robes that signified that he worked in the Moonlit Pavilion, he looked to be 11-12 years old.

Tian Ye, as he stood in front of the young waiter, just gently ruffled his hair and said, "You're very brave."

The young waiter replied, nodding his head while his lips and voice trembling, "T-Thank you, my lord."

Tian Ye looked at the young child meaningfully then said, "How about it, wanna become my disciple?"

The rest of the people in the 3rd floor were suddenly dumbfounded, and the waiters had the same jealous thoughts, 'If I'd known that lord would take the person who spoke as a disciple, I would have shouted it and even trash talked!'

"D-Disciple? Me?" The young waiter was confused, as well as excited, he expected to die today but never expected that he'd become a disciple instead.

"What? You don't want to? If you don't want to…" Before Tian Ye could finish his words, the young waiter suddenly kowtowed, his head against the ground, and interrupted Tian Ye, afraid that he would lose the opportunity, "Disciple Chen Hao greets Master Tian Ye!"

"Un!" Tian Ye just nodded in satisfaction then said as he went to take a seat at his original sitting position, "Alright, now, remain in that position for 24 hours, if you move in the slightest, or fall asleep, the discipleship is off, just like the condition for Zhao Meng and Li Hua."

Chen Hao trembled slightly hearing Tian Ye's words, his face paling but his eyes filled with determination so he continued to kowtow with the thought, 'Isn't it just 24 hours? I'll do it!'

"You bastard, why couldn't you just take it all in the first…" One of the waiters tried to do the same thing as Chen Hao but Tian Ye waved his hand and sent a flying slash cutting off the head of the waiter in an instant, he turned his gaze towards them and said as the head fell into the ground, and blood started spurting out from the neck of the waiter, "I asked you to speak earlier, but you didn't. Did I ask any of you to speak again?"

Another waiter was just about to do the same thing as that waiter but halted when they saw the head of one of them fall to the ground. Blinded by the huge opportunity in front of them, they forgot momentarily that the person in front of them was a merciless and brutal cultivator who massacred a clan within one night.

"All of you, piss off, clean that body before you go." Tian Ye said with a hint of annoyance noticeable in his voice before taking a sip of wine as he turned his gaze towards the 3rd district.

The waiters, the head waitress, immediately got a hold of themselves, and despite their legs trembling, they followed Tian Ye's words and cleaned the corpse of the waiter who had just died.

'3rd District…' Tian Ye squinted his eyes and applied spiritual qi into it enhancing his vision being able to see the 3rd District clearly from such a distance. People wearing white robes, red robes, and black robes worked together on rebuilding a new manor on the land he had destroyed.

With how fast they were working, they were obviously all cultivators. They moved at a level where mortals pale in comparison.

'Hm… At that pace, it'll indeed be finished soon, should I rebuild the Eternal Lotus Sect here?' Tian Ye contemplated. With his current strength, a Qi Refinement Realm Cultivator at the 9th Layer, he's more than capable and qualified to become a sect leader within the Purple Cloud Continent because it was more or less the ceiling but… he wouldn't be staying for long, after all, he didn't want to turn into dust with the passing of time. He had reincarnated into a cultivation world, isn't it a waste to spend a hundred years or two in a low level land when he could live for thousands of years and even more travelling throughout the different dimensions and higher planes?

'I'll be staying for at least 5 years, 10 years at most, so… should I appoint one of my disciples to be the sect leader?' He thought, rubbing his chin.
