Chapter 230 - A Small Town’s Small Shop

After Rope and Delia chatted for a couple of minutes, Rope said goodbye to Delia then headed towards the incubator house.

Rope was really curious, there was a reason why there was no incubator in Pallet Town.

It would take a lot of courage to open a breeding house under the watchful eye of Professor Oak, the current number one in the research world!

Rope believed that this small store, and even its owner "Kaedenatsu", would soon become famous throughout the League, after all, it was the incubator that had stood the test of Professor Oak.

I wonder how many people will come here later.

Rope always likes to think when he's alone. Like in the shower or while walking. The biggest problem with walking god thinking about problems is...you run into trees...

"Whew!"

The sound of flames burning rang out...

Rope crashed into a tree... the unlucky one was never himself. After all, he had subconsciously kept elemental transformation on at all times. This move was no longer passive, it was better than passive.

As long as it was out of the safe area that Rope had decided, such as camps and tents and houses, Rope would turn on elemental transformation.

Rope looked at the flaming tree and tugged at the corner of his mouth, then shook his head and snapped his fingers towards the flames, then all of the red flames burning on the tree flipped up and then turned into a ball of fire.

Rope also did not have the intention to take back this group of flames into the body...

The spit out of the mouth in swallowing back will not be too disgusting a little...

Rope grabbed the fireball, and then threw the fireball in his hand to the sky. A gorgeous red-colored firework bloomed in the sky, although it was daytime, you could still see that wonderful scene.

Rope looked at the fireworks in the sky and whistled.

And Rope's ears, at that moment, suddenly heard the sound of applause.

"What beautiful fireworks!"

It was an unfamiliar female voice. The corner of Rope's mouth twitched slightly, this whistle was more or less embarrassing.

He turned around, a beautiful girl wearing a long white dress with this red floral pattern on it.

"Not scared?" Rope asked suspiciously.

The girl cocked her head and said, "Scared? You mean this thing where you can start fires?"

Rope nodded.

The girl smiled brightly and said, "Of course not, you must be Rope. I've been told stories about you by the little ones and old people around me!"

The girl looked up at the tree that had been burned a bit. It was charred in many places, but it was obviously still viable.

"But I really didn't expect you to have such strong manipulation of your abilities. Not like that little kid they talk about who goes around setting fires."

The corner of Rope's mouth twitched, fittingly he was the talk of the town after tea.

That said, it's fine for you guys to talk about something nice, why are you bringing up all the embarrassing things I did back in the day...

"So you're Kaedenatsu then. I've heard about you before from both Red and Aunt Delia."

Rope looked at her then said, "I didn't expect it to be such a thought young girl. After all, Professor Oak's recognition isn't that easy to obtain."

Kaedenatsu thought for a moment then said seriously, "Maybe because I'm a genius."

The tone was extremely bland, as if she was saying she looked beautiful.

Rope: ...

"Ahem, what are you doing? I remember that's a forest over there. Your breeding house is in the forest?"

Rope changed the topic rather stiffly. The last topic really couldn't be talked about. Seriously, basically no one would talk about talent in front of Rope.

Especially about being a genius...

How many people could be more of a genius than Rope?

"Oh, one of the kids told me that there was a Sneasel in the forest that was hurt, but wouldn't let anyone else touch it, so I went and barfed it back."

Said Kaedenatsu as he turned on his side showing the large carrier behind him for Rope to see.

Rope looked at the basket and saw the Sneasel sleeping peacefully in the basket.

This kind of Pokémon is also a rare ice Pokémon in the forest. Their recipes are all kinds of Pokémon eggs. So there are still many people who don't like this kind of Pokémon.

But apparently, in Kaedenatsu's eyes, Sneasel was just a Pokémon.

Rope still nodded rather approvingly. After all, in fact, for Sneasel, stealing eggs to eat was just a way of life.

There was no high or low in life. Being able to live was respect for life.

"Come take a look if you're interested." Kaedenatsu looked at Rope and invited with a smile.

Rope nodded and said, "That's what I was thinking."

Kaedenatsu nodded then walked ahead leading the way looking at Rope still a little surprised. After all that Sneasel behind her back really wasn't light for a girl.

But it looks like Kaedenatsu walks extremely smoothly, it feels as if the basket behind her doesn't weigh anything...

Rope frowns unnoticeably and doesn't know what she's thinking.

The two of them talk about some of the town's current situation and stories along the way, and then talk and laugh their way to a good-sized hut in the corner of the town, backed by a good-sized piece of forest.

Rope looked up and saw a sign above the hut with the words "Kaedenatsu's Hut" written in beautiful handwriting.

"Your breeding house is quite mainstream."

Rope said with a bit of humor. After all, Kaedenatsu's entire person seemed very unique, but the breeding house in front of her looked extremely mainstream.

Most of the incubation houses Rope had seen were pretty much the same. Including Whitley's own incubator house Rope had seen pictures of. They were all pretty much the same.

"Em, I can't design my own house, so I let the renovation team toss it out themselves. The construction tinkerer was very efficient. It only took a day or two to get the whole house done. It took another day or two to get the interior done as well."

"What was really difficult instead was the arrival of the machine. I waited for days."

It looks like Kaedenatsu is still more or less resentful.

Rope, on the other hand, asked curiously, "Shouldn't the slowest thing be the qualification approval?"

Naturally, a breeding house couldn't just be opened whenever one wanted. It didn't matter if it was opened casually in the wild. There was also a high probability of no business.

And if you want to see it in town, it has to be audited by the relevant League departments.

But because these audits are very detailed and there are a lot of items. So it was not unusual for the process to run for a month or two.

As for why Rope knew so well... Daisy wanted to open a breeding house. That's why she had dragged Rope to discuss it many times before. But unfortunately... in the end, this matter was also left unsettled.

After all, Daisy hasn't reached the level where she can do whatever she wants.

Like Rope and Blue...they still don't do whatever they want.

"No! It was approved pretty fast over there. As soon as they heard that I was opening an incubator in Pallet Town, they were like all of a sudden energized. I was busy on my feet for two days and ran through all the procedures in one go."

Kaedenatsu thought for a moment, then gave a slightly emotional smile.

Rope immediately reacted to this thinking that this person had come to build the incubator house at the behest of Professor Oak as well.

It seemed that the banner of Professor Oak was really good. As long as it was involved, the League's work efficiency would be ridiculously high.

Kaedenatsu wasn't continuing this topic, but instead walked forward then opened the door, then turned back to Rope and said, "Come in."

Then turned and entered the house.

Rope followed in Kaedenatsu's footsteps and entered the "Kaedenatsu's Hut".

As soon as he opened the door, the sound of laughter and laughter rang in his ears. At first glance, three or five children were playing with the Pokémon in the house.

Bobo, Little Lada, Meow...

And on the other side of the room there was a ten year old wide-eyed with a Munchlax.

Rope lamented the superior soundproofing craftsmanship of this remodeling team while rubbing his Harumi points and shouting, "Ash!"

Yes, that silly thing that was staring wide-eyed at the Munchlax was Ash.

A teenager with a promising future.

Ash looked up with confusion when he heard his name being called, his big eyes filled with the question "Who's calling me?

When he saw Rope, who was greeting him, Ash shouted in surprise, "Brother Rope! You're here!"

Then he drops Munchlax, who is glaring at him, and runs to Rope's side, gesturing to hug him.

Rope reached out his hand...and pushed Ash away from himself and said, "Stop, stop, don't blow me up with that hug..."

A different person would have been just fine...Ash's hug would have been a no-brainer. The older this kid gets the more amazing his strength and physical prowess becomes...

Do you really think Thunderbolt is something that anyone can play as a Thunderbolt Forge?

Rope thought it was an animated exaggeration back in the day, and then had Ash right to take a swing at himself.

Then his whole body exploded...

Ash was eight years old that year...

But Ash is a guy who's all about being a trainer. Didn't even realize how sick his body really was.

Rope is also helpless... this body, Rope does not even know whether this is a human or a Pokémon.

Anyway, I guess there will be one more person in Pallet Town who can't play No Rules Match from now on.

Of course, Ash wasn't interested in no-rule battles either. After all, over the years, no rules had basically faded out of the public's view.

It was too gory to promote the show.

After all, it was still normal to miss out on a fight.

"When did you come back, Brother Rope? Why didn't you say anything to me!"

Ash's eyes were bubbling with stars, although he admired Red. but Red's affinity really wasn't as high as Rope's.

So Ash's relationship with Rope was also better.

[Why would I say hi to you...you caught me telling stories from the trip before I could even wait for two hours of rest?]

Rope didn't say anything, sputtering silently in his mind.

"Brother Rope! Tell me stories about your journey!"

Ash shouted excitedly.

As expected.

Rope held his forehead impotently.

Then looking up, he realized that besides Ash, a few other not-so-young children were also looking at him blearily.

Rope sighed softly helplessly, then looked over at Kaedenatsu.

Kaedenatsu smiled playfully, "Make yourself at home, I'm going to heal Sneasel on my end, and it just so happens that I'm quite interested in your story."

Rope says seriously, "Thanks."

Kaedenatsu put the basket down while carrying Sneasel out of the basket and said, "You're welcome, just tell the story."

Kaedenatsu puts Sneasel on the operating table to the side, and then begins to scrutinize the wounds on Sneasel's body.

Rope took a deep breath, then scanned the little ones around him.

"That said, at that time, I went head-to-head with the Ultra Demon God Hoopa..."

Rope's storytelling was average. But it couldn't help that the story was quite exciting, so the little ones around him were listening with great interest.

Even Kaedenatsu over there, after his surgery last night, sat down and listened to Rope's story attentively. That story was two hours long.

"So, that's all there is to my journey."

Rope's mouth was literally dry after speaking for two hours in a row.

Kaedenatsu saw his condition then subconsciously put a wave...

And she didn't move as fast as the other one.

Rope had just rubbed his throat and then Ash was already bringing up water.

"Brother Rope, you drink water!"

Looking at Ash, who had completely transformed into the shape of his own little minion, he smiled and took the water Ash handed over before taking a sip.

He raised his head and looked at Ash who was standing beside him and smiled, "Ash, don't envy me. You're going to have a great ride and a great story."

Ash had wanted to shout with joy. But in the end, he looked at Rope's serious to somewhat heavy eyes.

His shout was suppressed in his throat, and then nodded earnestly as if he was pressing a fire.

"I will definitely do it Rope brother!"

Rope touched Ash's head, now that he hadn't put on his hat.

"I'm sure you'll make it too."

If only the world could continue normally.

"Well, give your Brother Rope a break. It's been two hours."

Kaedenatsu stepped forward and smiled.

Then she looked to Rope, "Is there something you came to me for?"

Rope nodded and said, "Red told me you might have some Pokémon here, and I'm missing one on hand."

Kaedenatsu frowned slightly and thought for a moment, "I do have a few Pokémon here, but I don't know if it whether they can meet your requirements."

Listen to the tone is not very confident.

"Let's take a look first."

If you have dates or not, take a shot, just in case you find it.

"That's fine, let's go, to the backyard."

Saying that, Kaedenatsu decisively and sharply walked towards the back door.

Rope also followed closely. Then his head recalled Ash's hat, and the eight hat skins he had previously claimed in the original world. Being able to collect Pikachu and hats together in a ball.

Hats are carrying props!!!

Rope was suddenly looking forward to the day this Ash hat arrived.

"What are you gawking at, hurry up and follow me."

At the back door, Kaedenatsu poked her head out, then urged.

I don't know why it felt as if she and Rope had gotten closer all of a sudden.

Rope heard Kaedenatsu's words and then came back to her senses.

"Ohhhhhh, okay, okay, I'll be right there."

Saying that, Rope followed Kaedenatsu in the middle of a crowd of small children watching.
