Darren's POV
The next two days had me on edge, like the suspense in a crime thriller. I hardly left Diamond's side, checking her condition every hour. Janet came in twice a day to make sure there weren't any unexpected changes. On the morning of the third day, she finally regained her strength.
"Hey, Daddy. Are you just gonna sit there brooding like a lonely old man? Or you'll climb back in bed with me?"
"Diamond… you look… better."
"Just better?"
She hopped off the bed, taking a twirl as her dress spun in the air. She seemed more alive than ever. Cheerful, energetic, happy and ready to pin me to the bed with her strong hips.
I smiled, leaving the chair as I pulled her into my embrace. My hands gently wrapped around her body, settling just on the rise of her ass. She blushed, planting kisses on my face without a pause. She attacked my face relentlessly, holding me tighter with every second that passed.
"Diamond… are you alright? This desire feels different."
