Chapter 280, Lazy Dog Bomb
Wu Heng raised an eyebrow.
He looked at the belt again.
Endurance refers to resisting fatigue during physical or mental work.
It can be useful for both combat and studying.
But having it on a belt makes one wonder what kind of work it's primarily meant to sustain.
After inspecting all three items.
Wu Heng stored them in his space ring.
Overall, this operation was highly rewarding.
Not to mention, just the gold and silver coins in the cabin and the space ring alone were a hefty fortune.
If brought to the mainland, it would be more than enough for a wealthy life.
Even the nobles in the cities might not have this much cash on hand.
Besides the gold and silver, there were also merits and ship rewards.
He privately took one ship, and among the remaining two pirate ships, one should be assigned to him.
He yawned and reclined on the sofa.
Andviel knelt beside him, gently massaging his shoulders, "Master, you must be tired."
"Not really."
With enhanced physique, staying up all night didn't feel like much.
"Master, please take care of yourself. Don't overwork," Andviel softly hugged his head, looking down at him.
Wu Heng looked up at the fair-skinned fox girl.
He raised his hands, cupping her cheeks and pulling her closer.
Andviel's cheeks turned red, her eyes instinctively closed, and she extended her pink tongue, sliding it into his mouth.
They snuggled together.
Until the sound of footsteps passing by the door woke them.
Andviel's tail flicked rapidly, resting on Wu Heng's chest as she whispered, "People come and go here; I'll serve you well tonight."
Wu Heng smiled, cupping her face and kissing her again.
"You said it; you can't lose to Minnie tonight."
"Got it, Master."
In the afternoon, there wasn't much happening at the guild.
Wu Heng gave Andviel a few instructions and left the guild directly.
With his two skeleton servants, he found a secluded spot.
He put on the [Conductor's Hat], and the whistle blew as the Ghost Train appeared out of thin air.
Wu Heng boarded the train with his two skeleton servants.
He wrote "Cocktail Island" on the itinerary.
In the next moment, the train vanished.
......
Just a few minutes later.
As soon as he sat down, the train arrived at Cocktail Island.
Wu Heng stood up, disembarked with his skeletons, and set foot on the island again.
The place was deserted, with the sea wind howling.
Wu Heng released Glenda, gave her a few instructions, and Glenda flew towards the sea.
Before long, the pirate ship that had left the night before appeared on the horizon.
It slowly approached the port.
Wu Heng boarded the ship; his skeleton servant, Sharktooth, was still standing in the control room, and the ship was empty.
This ship was the flagship of the Blood Hand Pirate Group.
The guild had not asked about it, and Sheila Grey and the others didn't seem to notice it.
It seemed it now belonged to him.
Wu Heng stood on the bow, contemplating how to handle this ship.
Use it for transporting goods or perhaps even establish his own trading fleet.
After all, the supplies scavenged from the zombie world still had no place to be sold.
But for now, the ship couldn't immediately dock.
Bringing it back to Gold-Silver Island now would be like announcing that he had secretly taken a ship.
Even though he had contributed the most, it might still cause some negative perceptions.
He disembarked from the ship.
Directing the skeletons to the burial site from yesterday, he had them dig up the bodies.
[Battlefield of the Dead] was cast, and the corpses, which had not been transformed before, shed their flesh and stood up as skeletons.
Wu Heng ordered, "From now on, you will be stationed on this ship."
The skeletons boarded the pirate ship in unison.
Wu Heng continued, speaking to Sharktooth, "Dock the ship here usually, and if any other fleets approach, just evade them. I'll be back in a few days to pick you up."
Sharktooth reboarded the pirate ship.
After handling the ship's arrangements, Wu Heng put on the Conductor's Hat again, the train appeared, and he returned to Gold-Silver Island.
......
Back at his residence.
Minnie and Andviel were chatting in the living room.
The sound of cooking came from the kitchen.
Wu Heng peeked in and saw "Chef One" wearing an apron, preparing dinner.
When she saw Wu Heng return, Minnie excitedly jumped up and gave him a big hug.
Wu Heng patted her on the butt and said, "Cuddling as soon as I get back; aren't you afraid Andviel will laugh at you?"
"Master, I missed you," Minnie murmured into his chest.
"It's only been a day."
"I still missed you."
Wu Heng hugged her and sat on the sofa in the living room.
Andviel smiled and said, "When she heard you were back, Minnie almost went to the guild to find you."
"Mhm!" Minnie nodded.
"Minnie is such a good girl!"
Wu Heng said softly.
Still sitting on his lap, Minnie whispered, "Master, I bought some flower seeds and planted them in the garden; soon, the garden will be in bloom."
"Hmm, very nice," Wu Heng praised her with a smile.
Before long, dinner was ready.
The three sat down to eat together.
After dinner, Wu Heng took out the loot from the pirate ship.
He let the two women decorate the residence in their free time.
......
Night fell.
The three came out of the bath.
Wu Heng carried their soft, slippery bodies to the bedroom.
He laid them on the bed.
Under the light, he admired their delicate figures and curves.
Minnie giggled softly, while Andviel's face was slightly flushed, her fluffy fox tail curled in front of her, covering her private parts.
Wu Heng stood at the bedside, gently stroking their smooth bellies.
He felt the soft texture under his hands.
"Master, come on!" Minnie held his hand and whispered.
Wu Heng nodded, embracing the two women as he lay on the bed.
......
The next morning.
Andviel headed to the guild.
Wu Heng briefly tidied up and went directly to the zombie world.
As he stepped out of his residence.
Qiangzi walked up to him from a distance.
He said, "Boss, we've got a new plan for throwing stuff from the dragons; this one will definitely work."
"What's the plan?" Wu Heng asked curiously.
"Have you heard of the Lazy Dog Bomb?" Qiangzi asked.
Wu Heng shook his head.
Qiangzi explained, "I chatted with some people from the Flame Refuge who visited yesterday. I asked them what would be an efficient way to attack zombies from the air, something simple to make, and they mentioned the Lazy Dog Bomb."
He pointed to a draft sketch and said, "They said it's a type of weapon developed during World War II, purely solid without any explosives. Dropping it from high altitude could penetrate 60mm steel plates. If you drop enough of them, they can cover a wide area and kill enemies."
Wu Heng looked at the drawing on the sketch.
The design resembled a bullet, long with a pointed tip, but with a spiral tail fin.
Meaning this projectile doesn't kill by explosion but by being dropped from high altitude to crush zombies.
It's not hard to understand.
Even dropping a rock from high up can kill someone; it's just about how many you can carry.
Plus, with the auto shop's industrial capabilities, producing solid bullets shouldn't be an issue.
Not to mention there's a skeleton blacksmith.
"Then make some and test how effective they are," Wu Heng said.
"Got it!" Qiangzi nodded and agreed.
......
After Qiangzi left.
Wu Heng waited by the door for a while, and Li Yanhong also approached.
She said, "Yesterday, Qi Hancai brought some people over; they want to join us."
