"Kosta… you don't have to be here," Tamiko said to his Erasthai who was standing by the closed door. He wasn't sure what was going on in Kosta's mind, but Tamiko wanted to make sure he knew he didn't have to be here like this.
Granted, ruts were known to be the hardest of times for alpha males, and even worse for princes, but Tamiko was sure he could get through this without compromising the integrity of their bond.
He didn't want to have to push Kosta away. He didn't want to be the one who scared his Erasthai into looking at him differently. If anything, Tamiko was fine with whatever the arrangement was right now.
His rut would probably take a week at best, and he would be alright by the end of it. Or so he hoped. Then again, there wasn't much he could do. And without someone to help him through it, he would be in a literal hell.
