The vehicle stopped in front of the apartment building.
Li Jun Xuan alighted from the driver's seat and rushed to the other side to help Shen Yi Nian with the door. He walked her to the entrance and they both stopped simultaneously.
They both turned to look at each other, but the words they wanted to say seemed difficult to say.
Shen Yi Nian shifted her weight between her legs and looked up to meet Li Jun Xuan's gaze. "I should probably go in now. Thank you for today." A faint smile curled on her lips.
"Hmm…" Li Jun Xuan nodded.
Shen Yi Nian stared at Li Jun Xuan for a few more seconds, wanting him to say more. But seeing him with his tight lips, she finally gave up. Shen Yi Nian turned around to leave. But after a few steps, someone grabbed her left arm.
Turning around, she found that Li Jun Xuan was looking at him with a hesitant look on his face.
"Li Jun Xuan?" Shen Yi Nian cocked her head to one side. "What is it?"
