Like i said The Cultivator even in low numbers could rival Knights or mages

(Marquel comprehending it didn't know that the Technique he got most people could only master at the begginer level and if it comes to sword levitating it it's useless
it will not work even if someone is in core building stage And that's why most people ignore this technique considering it useless because it can only lift small object)
