The door slammed shut beside me. He start the car and drove off into the streets
"Where do your grandparents live?" he asked me.
"Dimma Street, North of Myerstown." I replied, my face out the window, the breeze splashing on it, easing me of the feeling I've having since he arrived.
"That's far. But I know a shortcut." He wheeled out of the road into the street. His shortcut worked. We got there four minutes earlier. I pointed to the house at the end of the street. He drove down there and parked his car close to the fence. We both alighted, shutting our doors. I was closer. So I walked to the gate and knocked.
There was no response. I knocked again. Still nothing. I went for a third round, this time determined to be more ferocious. I raised my balled up fist and went for it!
"Stop Knocking!"
A yell came from behind, jolting me. I turned to see who it was, Mr Chief was looking in the same direction; There was a woman, probably in her late forties, standing there. She approached Mr Chief.
"Why are you people disturbing the neighborhood?"
"Miss." He addressed her with a touch of flattery. "We don't mean to disturb you but we are looking for the people that live in that house."
"You two must not be from around here because the people who lived there moved away three yrs ago"
"Really, Miss." Chief replied, shocked.
"Will you stop calling me miss, young man." She yelled at him.
"I'm sorry" he apologized. "I just didn't expect a young lady to want anyone to address her as an old woman." He muttered those words to her hearing.
"Young lady?" the woman's face brightened.
I rolled my eyes.
'Females, always losing their mind when a man says they look young'
"Well Sir." The woman said, more politely. "That house has not been inhabited since then so I am afraid the people you are looking for are not there anymore."
"Oh. Thank you for letting us know," he smiled at her. She smiled back and left. I walked to him.
"What now?" he asked me.
"I want to book the next flight to the states."
"Why?" he asked.
"My uncle lives there with his family. There's also a chance my grandparents might be there. They always talked about going to live with him."
"Alright then. Do you still need a driver?"
"Yeah but just to take me to my apartment. I still need to pack some more things since I'm making a long trip this time." I replied in a tone of flattery. It's already bad enough that I made my chief come all this way for nothing. As if he were a lackey of mine.
He rose from the side of the car where he had leaned on and went towards the car door, I moved too. We both got in together. While he started the ignition, I looked back at my suitcase.
'Oh yeah, he did say he wanted to pick something up.' I looked at him.
"What about the items you wanted to pick up?"
He wheeled into the road. "We took a shortcut. What I want to get is on the main road."
"Then take it, I don't mind waiting, You have done a lot already. There's hardly any chief that will do this for their juniors."
"You are welcome."
I smiled in my heart. A junior who says thank you and considers his seniors, ah, a good impression indeed.
However my goodwill turned sour when he drove into the main road and we realized. 'No cars were moving'
There's a heavy traffic jam. Vehicles lined up as far as two streets.
'Oh dammit, if I knew I would have just shut my big mouth'
(CHIEF'S POINT OF VIEW)
Eight Hours Later
I moved a little forward covering the gap the car in front of him created. Tsk, they have been going like this since. At this rate neither I nor Noni will get to our destination today. Huh, sometimes you just wish you were superman. You would just lift this car over the traffic and drop it off on a free road and impress the girl sleeping next to you. I turned and looked at Noni.
My heart stopped
She was facing me with the moon on her face. The night making the gloss on her lips glitter.
'Damn it'. I looked away 'Why are they so tempting?'
I promised myself that I would never take advantage of her again. That time at the hospital was a mistake I didn't want to make again.
'But why did she have to call him to say she needed someone to give her a ride and why did John's Wife have to go into labour on the same day. And why did she have to pick that dress? Doesn't she know that it's hard for me to resist her when she looks like that'.
*HUH* I signed;
'Who am I kidding. How the hell is she supposed to know? She was just dressing fine as always'.
…But actually…
I reverted my gaze back to her face. I kinda liked her morning look better. I wonder what other things she has. I bet they are prettier than her face.
I reached out slowly and caressed her cheek. She pouted, her tender lips pressing against each other before my eyes. The sight sent sensations coursing through me. My hands trembled as I tried to hold back the urge. I wrestled with my desire but it beats me.
'Dammit. I can't take it anymore. I'm sorry'.
I pulled her face close, hands on her chin. I held it up and-
(NONI'S POINT OF VIEW )
I felt it. Soft, firm, gentle; his lips pressing hard on mine.
'He is… kissing me'
I squeezed my eyes tight. The pleasure threatened to tear me apart. My mouth was getting desperate to taste more of this and it opened up for him. I felt something crawl in.
My nails dung into the seat.
'Oh gawd, he is using his tongue.'
I wanted to end it because he was wandering past all the limits; but I couldn't do anything. My body wanted it. He wanted more; at this rate we would go too far.
I felt his fingers slide down to my chest, he cupped my full size boobs in his hands. Every hair on my body stood up and I burned up in all the wrong places. He squeezed. I bit back a moan immediately.
'No. No. No, he is going too far. I need to-'
*HONK!!!!*
Car horns blazed at him. It seems other vehicles had started to move and he was not. I felt his tongue roll out and his hands pull away from me. Soon after, the car started moving.
I exhaled.
It got so intense right now I forgot to breathe.
