Chapter 120 - 1

"Our ride's here!" She waved you around the two battling factions to a nearby wooded area. Half a dozen cargo trucks pulled out of the foliage and several men hopped out of the back doors carrying heavy cylindrical objects on their shoulders. When you caught up with Maker, she lowered her voice and said, "This will be tight; I wasn't expecting so many humans. General Rivera will be pissed."

She was almost completely covered up now, her head and shoulders fully hidden by a thick hood. If you hadn't recognized her voice, you'd never have known it was her. She noted your expression. "I can't be seen," she said. "I've worked too closely with Rivera, and there are cameras out here. The last thing any of us need is to lose our wolves on the inside because I took a stupid risk."

As the prisoners started to reach the cargo trucks, your allies waiting for them crouched down with their strange cylinders and fired them in a wave, their rocket-propelled explosives arcing over the werewolves and trailing a line of smoke as they crashed down on both of the battling human factions. The humans scattered as vehicles exploded and shrapnel flew through the air, slicing and tearing any fragile flesh it could find.
