Chapter 6 - [A New Day]

Nimble steps left the bathroom. His feet were clammy, but this did not stop Hiro from walking around his cosy cabin. There was nothing to do anyway.

A quick glance betrayed the starry night of a luminescent evening. It was captivating - almost as if the moonlight slowly reeled him. What a sight that is. I never noticed there were windows there. Is that an artificial sky?

Hiro kept gazing into the sky - even if it was artificial. So what? His eyelids had become heavier. Barely able to keep his eyes open, he went to his comfortable bed.

A classy black pillow and a high-class-looking black blanket greeted him. He resonated with the colours, as his favourites were black and white.

If I ever have to discuss whether black and white are colours again, I will sacrifice myself to the eternal depths of [Dimensional Training] and its muddy goblin.

"Ha" - He chuckled a bit, almost snorted and let his worn-out body embrace the well-deserved rest it desperately needed. It was the end of a day full of tension.

A new dawn had made its way onto the hemisphere. Thus, the arguably artificial skyline had been painted crimson red. However, its authenticity was still up for a proper debate.

Sounds from barely a few centimetres away tore Hiro out of his sleep. He would have been able to sleep for way longer than that. Yet, it was denied by something so loud that he almost jumped up.

As he searched for the culprit, he quickly understood who - no, what it was. A floating box tried to take over Hiro's sight. It was almost as if it was trying to provoke him.

However, the notification of the system had brought good news.

[You Have Sold 6x Goblin Tooth]

Oh? That was quick, wasn't it?

Eager glances were glued onto the transparent screen. He wanted to know how many coins it had brought him in. Hiro tried roughly calculating, but he could only amount to baseless assumptions.

If I keep in mind yesterday, I got 46 coins for 6 items of a relatively low grade. I can't even say what it was anymore. Today, though - yeah, those new items I sold from the system have to be worth something more. I would know that I slayed that beast with my own hands.

The man who had no success in his attempt at an item shop started to convince himself that he had obtained some knowledge or knew how the market worked. He began to become absurdly confident.

Nevertheless, the system was not one to leave Hiro unrewarded for his troubles, as he learned yesterday. Even if he did not receive enough to buy the expensive skill, he still hoped to purchase it today.

[You Have Received 103 Coins]

103? Now, that certainly isn't stingy. I love the auctioning system. Now I have... Hm. About 504. Just enough to buy [Dimensional Teleport].

[Commencing Shop ...]

The system knew what Hiro wanted. It was not all-knowing, but even one who had lost his sight would have seen his spark of interest in the skill.

[Would You Like To Buy [Dimensional Teleport] For 500 Coins?]

[Yes] / [No]

YES. Most definitely. Though, I don't really know what it is. Did I almost get killed by a goblin for something I can't estimate the worth of?

Knowing how stupid that was, he convinced himself that the system had always provided him with something good. And no skill had cost as much as this one - yet.

Ehh. Doesn't matter. I'll probably like it.

Now, it was time to finally use his skill. He had skills that made him enter his vast storage with filled shelves. Then he had a deadly dimension full of training - so far only inside a muddy training ground oozing with the stench of blood.

Last but definitely not least, there was his favourite skill - the beautiful cabin that carefully adjusted to his needs and where he would have lived if he could. I can. Alas, if only he could.

Knowing there had been a lot of teleportations involved in his skills, he had trouble imagining how much better it could become.

He was unprepared for anything to come - barely awake after a long time of sleeping with a body that had been as groggy as the day before. Despite that, he ruthlessly chanted his skill.

Nothing will happen anyway. I doubt a skill that costs 500 coins would instantly kill me.

His luck had been working overtime today. Knowing this was a risky approach, he awaited the effects of his skill.

Following his use of [Dimensional Teleport], the system provided a description that was similar to a tutorial and rudimentary, explaining his newfound abilities.

[You Can Set Up 5 Points To Which You Can Teleport - Current Time Limit: 2 HOUR(S)]

Current time limit?!
