Having decided to claim the Potter manor first, Harry pointed his index finger at his dress, and it transformed into a long cloak with its hood covering his face. The next moment, the space twisted, and Harry, in an instant, vanished from his room.
When he reappeared, Harry was standing on the shopping street of magical Britain, Diagon Alley. He had apparated close to a building- The bank of the wizarding Britain, Gringotts.
With steady steps, Harry walked inside Gringotts. The goblins at Gringotts, as usual were in a serious demeanour and busy dealing with papers and customers at their desks.
Harry spotted an empty clerk and walked up to him. He did not beat around the bush or waste time in 'useless greetings,' as the goblins called it.
"I want an inheritance test," said Harry directly.
The goblin who was disturbed looked up and almost glared at Harry. He looked deeply at the hood covering his face but did not say anything about it. Wizard and witches doing business at Gringotts with their faces obscured was a common sight.
The goblin almost snapped in an angry tone, "That would be three galleons."
Harry chuckled inwardly at this. Goblins hated inheritance tests.
Inheritance tests, had a chance, find suitable heirs to some vaults that goblins believed would someday be theirs, even if it was very rare for a lost heir of some wealthy vault to emerge suddenly.
Harry, without delay, pulled out the last of his savings from the previous year and placed it on the table.
The goblin picked up the galleons and climbed down from his chair.
"Follow," he said to Harry and walked ahead.
Harry followed behind the goblin clerk and they arrived in a small room.
"Wait here while I make the preparations," said the goblin and walked out of the room, his face still bearing the mask of anger.
Harry shrugged his shoulders and took a comfortable seat on the chair. It was around ten minutes later that the goblin returned.
In his hands, he was carrying a small, square-shaped stone block of pure white colour.
The goblin took the seat opposite Harry and placed the block on the table.
"Drop some blood on it," said the goblin, placing a knife on the table.
Harry picked up the small knife and made a slit on his left hand. Blood drops fell onto the stone block and were readily absorbed. After absorbing around five or six drops of blood, the block started glowing in a golden light.
The glow subsided to reveal a few texts that had appeared on the block.
Families of which Lordship can be claimed:
Potter Family (Lord apparent)
Black Family (Third heir in line)
Harry looked at the result being displayed on the block with a satisfied smile. On the other hand, the goblin had his eyes bulged from shock. He had almost stumbled and had barely managed to keep himself standing.
"Who are you?" he stammered; he was still reeling from shock.
Harry did not say anything and simply removed his hood, revealing his face.
"Harry Potter," muttered the goblin.
"I believe this makes me eligible for a key for Potter Manor," said Harry. "I would like it if you could process the required procedure for me."
Recovering from his shock, the goblin muttered, "Yes, right away."
He picked up the block and hurried away in quick steps.

Harry continued to wait for another few minutes when the goblin came back. This time, in his hand was a square shaped, black stone block. The block was small in size, with one side being around one centimetre.
"Will you be able to manage by yourself?" asked the goblin.
Harry nodded and picked up the cube.
He was about to get up when the goblin stopped him, "Mr. Potter, could you please wait for few minutes?"
"The Potter family account manager would like to meet you. As we talk, he is on his way and will arrive shortly," added the goblin further.
Harry shook his head, "I am in a bit of a hurry…"
"But do tell him," Harry continued. "I will come back soon."
"After all, I too have a lot to discuss with him," Harry muttered as he walked away.
He arrived outside Gringotts and, with a twist of space, vanished from Diagon Alley.

When he reappeared, Harry was standing in a vast expanse of green field. At the centre of the field was a massive manor made of pure black stones. The castle was humongous in size and screamed magnificence. It was one of the castles that could have rivalled Hogwarts in its majesty.
This was the same castle that Harry had blown up while returning from the future.
A satisfied smile hung on his face as he gazed at the castle. He looked at the small stream of water that was flowing nearby, and his eyes flickered.
To sit near the stream and look over the fields was one of Harry Potter's favourite things to do in his previous life.
In old and aristocratic families like the Potter family, as soon as a child was born, he or she was immediately keyed to the wards of the house. But for some unknown reasons, Harry, after his birth, had never been keyed to the wards. Thus, he did not have the required permissions to enter the manor.
Harry, without any doubt, could have overpowered and breached the wards protecting the manor. But Potter Manor was designed in such a way that no matter the method used to breach the ward, the castle would have collapsed into rubble in an instant.
Fortunately, his ancestors had been smart enough and they had made arrangements for such an unforeseen situation.
If any child could not have been keyed to the wards, he or she could go to Gringotts to get a separate key by showcasing that he had the Potter bloodline.
Unfortunately, this method a drawback. Harry for now would not be able to access the entire castle. He would only have access to the main hall, kitchen, and one room allotted to him.
To grant him the full access, he needed to be keyed to the ward and that could only be done by the Potter Lord. Since, there was no Potter Lord, he had to wait for himself to claim the Potter Lordship.
Harry sighed deeply, thinking all of this, and moved forwards. He moved close to the castle with the cube in his hands.
When he was about two hundred meters away from the boundary wall of the castle, he felt the wards scanning him.
Moments later, the wards settled on him, and Harry progressed further inside the castle. He had entered inside the boundaries of the Potter Manor.
