Season 1 – Episode 8: "The Stranger in the Sky"
Both sprinted out of the bunker, hearts pounding. The blood trail was fresh. Mud held imprints of heavy, monstrous feet heading northeast—towards Sector 5, where the refugees had been sent.
"Damn it!" Aditya growled.
Surya's mind raced. If even one Wormen reached them, it would be a massacre.
They followed the trail—cutting through debris, ruined streets, and collapsing buildings. Time became a blur. And then—
There it was.
The thirteenth Wormen, nearly 20 feet tall, was stalking just behind a group of refugees. Children. Women. Old men. Clueless that death shadowed them.
Surya didn't hesitate.
He flung his sword through the air—a crystal-white flash slicing the wind. The blade pierced the Wormen's back, tearing through flesh and ripping out of its chest.
The Wormen let out a chilling screech before collapsing.
But its immense body fell forward—about to crush a little boy who had tripped.
Aditya didn't think. He dived, grabbing the boy just as the creature's body slammed into the earth, freezing the air around it.
The Wormen's skin began melting like ice. Steam rose. Its blood pooled into a freezing mist. Surya retrieved his sword, hands steady despite the cold.
The last Wormen was dead.
---
The sky turned orange as the sun began to set.
Surya climbed the ruins of a tall building, standing at its peak. Aditya beside him.
People gathered below. Silent. Staring.
His black mask covered his face. His long hair, blown by the wind, covered one eye. His clothes fluttered in the soft breeze, soaked with scars of war.
Some people began to bow.
Some cried.
Some whispered in awe.
Some still doubted.
But Surya raised his voice—not to boast, but to calm the storm of fear in their hearts.
> "We have killed the Wormen. There is no need to panic. But I ask you—stay alert. We still don't know their source. We don't know how many remain. This is not over. But I swear to you—I will protect you. I am… a Stranger."
Silence.
Then, one voice. Two. Then many—
"Stranger! Stranger! Stranger!"
The sound echoed like a prayer.
Surya looked at the sky. It was clear again. Birds flew past. The wind felt warm. For the first time, in what felt like forever—he felt peace.
Aditya said nothing. But in his eyes was pride.
The same boy who was once weak, broken, afraid… had now stood tall above the world.

Final Scene:
A military truck arrived. Soldiers helped the refugees. One soldier turned to Surya. "We're relocating them to Sector 5. Temporary shelters have been built. But… we've detected more Wormen. Sector 3. Estimated… 20 to 30."
The color drained from people's faces.
Surya looked toward Aditya.
"Where are they coming from?" he asked.
The soldier replied, "The Ancient Forest… beyond Sector 3."
Aditya clenched his jaw. "If they've eaten more humans, they've grown stronger. We don't know if they're thirty… or three hundred."
Surya nodded slowly. Then, he looked toward the burning horizon.
> "We need a team… to stop this war."
The screen fades to black.
