Ash Aryan walks along the forest path heading toward Pewter City, badge in hand, confidence rising. Pikachu rides on his shoulder, and Pidgey occasionally circles above, keeping watch.
Suddenly, a System Alert appears mid-air:

Ash Aryan (raising an eyebrow):"Mysterious trainer? Sounds like something's going on behind the scenes."
Scene 2: Forest Clearing – The Stranger Appears
Ash moves through dense bushes and spots a cloaked figure standing beside an unconscious wild Bulbasaur, surrounded by damaged trees.
The stranger speaks into a communicator:???: "Target secured. Testing of the Shadow Chip successful. Prepare extraction."
Ash steps forward, fists clenched.
Ash Aryan (firmly):"Hey! What are you doing to that Bulbasaur?"
The cloaked figure turns, face partially hidden behind a tech mask. A strange, black device glows on their wrist—a corrupted version of the System!
Shadow Trainer:"You weren't supposed to see this... You'll regret interfering."
He throws a dark Poké Ball, releasing a Shadow Zubat—its aura twisted, its eyes glowing red.
Scene 3: Ash's First Shadow Battle
System Alert:
[DANGER: SHADOW BATTLE INITIATED]Caution: These Pokémon are artificially enhanced and unstable.
Ash sends out Pidgey, now stronger after some off-screen training.
Ash Aryan (focused):"Pidgey, use Gust—drive it back!"
The Shadow Zubat charges with Dark Wave, a move unknown to normal Pokémon. Pidgey narrowly dodges, countering with a spinning Gust that knocks Zubat into the trees.
Ash Aryan (to himself):"I need more than power... I need strategy."
System Notification:
Weakness Detected: Shadow Pokémon are vulnerable to emotional resonance and pure-type attacks.
Ash Aryan:"Pikachu, let's go! Use Thunderbolt—but hold back, don't knock it out!"
Pikachu jumps in and strikes Zubat with a precise Thunderbolt. The Shadow Zubat stumbles... and suddenly collapses, the dark aura fading.
Scene 4: Interrogation and Escape
Ash Aryan (firmly):"Who are you? And what was that thing you used?"
The stranger smirks.
Shadow Trainer:"You're not ready for the truth, 'Ash'. But keep following this path… and you'll see the shadows behind your so-called System."
He throws a smoke bomb and vanishes into the forest.
The System pings again:

Scene 5: Pewter City in Sight
Ash, now deep in thought, walks toward Pewter City with a new weight on his shoulders. He pets the rescued Bulbasaur gently, who wakes up and nuzzles his hand.
Ash Aryan (smiling softly):"Looks like we've got a new partner."
He pulls out a Poké Ball.
Ash Aryan:"Bulbasaur, let's do this together!"
Click. Bulbasaur is captured.
System Notification:
Bulbasaur added to your team!Nature: Brave | Ability: Overgrow
Ash looks ahead as Pewter City's gates come into view, glowing under the sunset.
Ash Aryan (to himself):"This world is bigger than I thought... and darker. I need to get stronger—not just to win badges, but to uncover the truth."
Pikachu (determined):"Pika!"
