Chapter 31: Breaking Old Habts
For the next few weeks, Erica's life started to shift.
She still thought about Nicole—how could she not?—but her friends made sure she didn't drown in it. They filled her schedule with things to do, places to go, and memories to make.
"Are we forcing you to have fun?" Audrey teased as they played arcade games.
"Maybe," Erica admitted with a smirk.
But as she looked around, at the people who refused to let her sink into her pain, she felt something she hadn't in a long time.
Hope.
Erica discovered her new habit,she started to write her own novel she wrotes every little details about her life specifically about her break up with Nicole.
She's starting to get over everything that stops her from moving on.Lately,she seems to be fine she seems so fine in these days and her friends was very happy seeing Erica focusing to herself like she used to she was very fine now...
"It's been a long time since we saw her like that," Risha said.
"Yeah, thanks Angel for always being there for Erica, without you in her life it will be so hard for her to be happy again," Kim said it holding Angel's shoulder.
"Hey guys don't you wanna play with me here?," Erica waves her hand and shouts at them.
They spent all their time playing in the arcade while Angel go out to grab some food.
"Risha,have you seen Angel?"
"Yeah,she went go grab some food"Risha pointed her finger to where Angel went
"Angel!!!,needs some help?"
"Oh,yess please"
Erica wrapps her arm surrounds the shoulder of Angel and pulls Angel closer to her,then....there time seems to stop there face was closed to each other with Erica looking at Angel's lips.
Erica whispers "Your lips were so beautiful I want to kiss them"
"Huh?,what did you just say?"
Erica froze for a few seconds then say "I said let's go"
"Oh, yeah"
They both laughed like weirdos laughing like nothing.
"What happened? Why are you two laughing?"Risha raised and eye brow
They all laughed without any silly jokes,that day was so good they all laughed and laughed till the time passed.
