There are many benefits for registering his profession at professional associations.
He can get access to various missions to earn resources, as many resources cannot be bought with money.
He can get access to information bank of association (According to membership level).
He can interact with senior mages more conveniently and can also attend lectures of many seniors.
There are also association affiliated universities which can only be entered with a membership.
Association affiliated universities specialize in specific class, so they are best in their field.

It was a crystal forest like area with a large portal in middle of it.

There were various floating islands of different sizes and shapes surrounding the main island.
Shi Chenli didn't regain his senses for a while.
When he regained his senses he looked around embracingly, but no one was paying any attention to him.
Shi Chenli looked to the side and saw an old man selling booklets.
He approached the old man and bought a booklet with title 'Introduction to Mage Association'.
On its cover was floating island's picture.
Shi Chenli read the booklet.
It was the same as described in its title.

The mage association like other associations are situated in a small world which is connected to every city in Dragon Kingdom.
The tower in middle of main island was called Celestial Spire.
It is not a tower in a traditional sense it is top of a staff, its body is buried in the island.
Celestial Spire is divided into four areas,
Main Hall: A vast hall with a domed ceiling adorned with a star chart.
Stellar Library: A vast library with thousands of years of knowledge preserved in it.
Celestial Chambers: Rooms specially designed fore practicing. It has cultivation function (EXP), training function and various other functions.
Astral Observatory: An observatory on top of the tower to peer into depths of universe.
There was also other miscellaneous information like history and famous mages etc.
After having a basic understanding of mage association, he entered the celestial spire.
He came to a vast hall with star like ceiling. On the left side was various counters while on the right size was mission area.
In front of him on the other side of the hall were floating stairs.
Shi Chenli came to a counter with a name plate of 'Registration'.
A female mage greeted him with a smile and handed him a form.
Shi Chenli quickly entered his information like name, level, class (In case of mage type hidden class), Element affinity, etc.
He handed the form to the receptionist.
Female mage too the form with a smile but her smile froze when she read his information.
It was none other than his three elemental affinities.
She clumsily touched a crystal to communicate with someone.
After a while she stood up and spoke to Shi Chenli with same smile.
"Mr. Shi come with me for mage test."

While walking Female Mage introduced herself and talked about mage test.

They came to second floor which was a circular hall in middle and rooms around.
Song Zi opened tenth room on right and asked Shi Chenli to enter.
When Shi Chenli entered the room there were two men and one woman in the room.
They were middle aged wearing mage robes and holding staffs.
They glanced at Song Zi and Shi Chenli but didn't spoke a word.
Song Zi respectfully approached them and handed Shi Chenli's form to the woman.
After glancing at the form, the woman raised her eyebrow and looked at Chenli.
Song Zi asked Shi Chenli to touch crystal ball in middle oof the room.
It was the same crystal as in Class Change Sanctuary in Sky Tower.
Shi Chenli stepped forward and touched the ball and channeled his wood, ice and dark attribute mana in it, it shined with a soft light.
In middle of the crystal ball a mage staff appeared surrounded by green, blue and black air current.
Three mage invigilators nodded and stamped Shi Chenli's form.
They didn't spoke with Shi Chenli but closed their eyes as if nothing happened.
Shi Chenli followed Song Zi back to the counter.
A boy handed a badge to Song Zi which she then handed to Shi Chenli.
It is his proof of identity.
It was an irregular badge with three colors black, blue and green and a golden star shining in middle.
Shi Chenli thanked Song Zi and left Mage Association altogether.
