50 years agoby 1781, a cartoon industry named 'Joylingers' was erected in Wiltham as one of the best screenshow series in the world. Featuring its entertainers known as Joylings, they bring Wiltham in a world of wonder and fun unlimited.
As Wiltham grows, so does everything within the studio. From simply a painting works into a living tissue of Sebastian's wonder. No longer bounded by papers and inks, Joylingers became a studio to introduce colours.
For the first time, black and white no longer serves the screen, and people get to experience the wonderful rainbow on their screen. One might have said that the world has accelerated a century earlier. Clothes are fancier and colorful than the old times.
The Joylings are a wonder for the children, being filled not only with a smile but also a unique set of skills and lessons for the watchers. Each bears a unique course and games for any ages to play. After all, when has it ever been boring for someone to do this?
But 44 years later, the popularity of Joylingers went from a star to a meteor when the industry was surrounded by a mysterious topic of missing children and adults.
With many disappearance patterned back to the Joylingers studio, one could not deny that there's something malicious happening within. But no matter what has been put through research, there's no evidence to suggest such a theory. Cases increase, and even nearly a hundred thousand vanishes.
One day, a man delved into said studio out of curiosity, for the same reason as many people made a conspiracy about—a missing child. So he—without any restriction and law within, enters at his own risk, only to find a wonderful facade hiding a beast.
Those happy faces—they were not smiling as they used to. In fact, smiling had never given them that contentment. Those walls are thicker than a home or a vault, but little does Sebastian know what hits him from a man without anything to lose—yet.
As one tick of dynamite at the core of the studio sets on, Sebastian shines one last time for the world. The scheme, experiments, and the curtains fall apart, with Joylings and Frowlings no longer in the shackles of their past.
Sebastian was dead, and his accomplice was nowhere to be seen—perhaps gone for the good. All the Joylings and Frowlings strife for the sun once more, only to find that the world isn't ready for their faces.
News about the dark secret of the Joylingers.co arises from the dust, and people immediately act upon it. Just as the world had given up on that disappearance, they were to be shocked by the emergence of the missing ones. But they never thought it would be this way.
In order to keep the world from taking an extreme turn on the case, a private fund of Wiltham's Empire was set up to make these 'performers' appropriate for the world—one known as Funtakers Institute. Built upon the same land where the incident occurs, its goal is to re-educate all the misfits until they are ready to be released.
But returning them wasn't way easier than to be thought, as the world wasn't ready to dwell along with the Joylings and their inhumane SIDE. For a world that's cruel and not all rainbow, Joylings must live to face their own reality and perhaps uncover a slight piece of their past.
This story will delve into each personal life of different Joylings, with their ups and downs as they decide whether their lives are worth living or not.
