Chapter 110 - Chapter 108: The Shattering of the Gods

---

The battlefield was no longer just a place of conflict; it had become a reflection of the gods' own struggles. The sky above cracked with lightning, the air thick with the weight of countless ages. The ground beneath them trembled as the battle between Chirag, Siya, Kael, and the gods intensified.

Zorath, the King of Gods, had finally stepped forward. His golden armor gleamed in the dim light, his eyes locked onto Chirag with a mixture of disdain and curiosity.

"You truly believe you can change the world?" Zorath's voice echoed across the battlefield, his tone cold and confident. "You, a mere mortal, and your companions. You are nothing compared to us."

Chirag stood tall, the power of the five relics coursing through his veins. The Chrono Flame flickered in his hand, the Mirror of Truth gleamed beside him, and the Eye of Reflection burned with a power that could match the gods' own. The Thread of Shadows and the Names of the Forgotten swirled around him, their energies rising to a crescendo.

"We're not just mortals," Chirag said, his voice steady but filled with conviction. "We are the future. The gods' time is over. This world, this existence, is bigger than you. It always has been."

Zorath's eyes narrowed, his expression hardening. "You speak of change, but you do not understand its cost. The balance of the world has been maintained for eons. To disturb it… is to invite chaos."

Chirag shook his head. "The balance was never meant to be controlled by a few gods at the top. It was meant to be shared, to evolve. The time for control is over."

With a roar, Zorath raised his hand, sending a wave of divine energy toward them. The blast was so powerful that the earth cracked beneath their feet, sending them stumbling. But Chirag held his ground, raising the Eye of Reflection just in time to absorb the blow. The energy was absorbed into the Eye and sent back at Zorath, causing the god to stagger.

"You cannot defeat me with mere relics," Zorath sneered, his form glowing brighter with each passing moment. "I am the King of Gods, the master of all time and space. Your powers are nothing before me."

"We'll see about that," Chirag said, his voice unwavering.

---

Kael and Siya weren't standing idly by. Kael rushed forward, his sword glowing with a fierce energy as he met Korr, the god of war. The two clashed in a violent storm of strikes and counterattacks. Korr's hammer slammed into the ground, sending shockwaves through the air, but Kael was relentless, parrying the blows and pushing forward.

Siya, on the other hand, used her powers to protect Chirag. She summoned the Thread of Shadows, wrapping it around their group to shield them from the gods' attacks. With the Mirror of Truth, she reflected Tynar's manipulation of time back on him, causing the god to falter in his attempts to alter reality.

But Zorath remained the biggest threat.

Chirag knew that defeating Zorath would not be easy. He needed to weaken the god, disrupt his connection to the divine power that flowed through him.

He reached for the Chrono Flame, feeling its warmth in his hand. He closed his eyes and focused, calling upon the power within him. The flame surged, and time itself seemed to slow around him. The world became still, as though frozen in place.

With the power of the Chrono Flame, Chirag stepped forward, moving faster than Zorath could react. The god's eyes widened as Chirag closed the distance, and with a swift motion, he slashed at the King of Gods with a burst of fiery energy.

The attack hit Zorath directly, causing him to stumble back. His armor cracked under the force of the blow, and for a brief moment, his divine power flickered.

"Impossible…" Zorath gasped, his voice filled with disbelief.

Chirag stood tall, his body crackling with energy. "It's possible because we believe in something more than power. We believe in each other."

---

With Zorath weakened, the gods' hold over the battlefield began to break. Kael's sword struck Korr's hammer with a final, decisive blow, shattering the weapon and forcing the god of war to retreat. Siya's reflections continued to trap Tynar in time loops, preventing him from controlling the flow of the battle.

The gods, despite their immense power, were no longer invincible.

Chirag moved in once more, his eyes locked onto Zorath. The King of Gods raised his hand to strike, but Chirag was faster, using the Eye of Reflection to absorb the divine energy and send it back with even greater force.

Zorath staggered again, his golden armor now cracked and dimming. The god's once-bright eyes now showed signs of exhaustion. He was losing.

"Why do you fight so hard?" Zorath asked, his voice faltering. "Do you really think the world will be better without the gods?"

"No," Chirag said, his voice calm but firm. "We don't want to destroy the world. We want to rebuild it. The gods' rule has left us all fractured, trapped in endless cycles of war and destruction. But that ends today."

Zorath, now on his knees, looked up at Chirag, his expression a mixture of defeat and resignation. "Then do what you must."

---

With one final blow, Chirag unleashed all the power of the five relics in a concentrated burst. The Chrono Flame burned bright, the Mirror of Truth glowed with clarity, the Eye of Reflection mirrored the gods' power back at them, and the Threads of Shadows and the Names of the Forgotten wrapped around Zorath, binding him in place.

The King of Gods let out a final scream as his divine power shattered, his form crumbling into nothingness. The storm clouds above dissipated, the wind died down, and the earth itself seemed to exhale.

The battle was over.

---

Chirag stood amidst the stillness of the battlefield, his chest heaving with exhaustion. Siya and Kael were by his side, both equally worn but victorious.

"We did it," Siya said, her voice soft but filled with relief.

Chirag nodded, his eyes scanning the now-empty battlefield. "We did. But the war isn't truly over yet. There's still much to rebuild."

Kael placed a hand on his shoulder. "We'll rebuild it together. With everything we've learned, we'll make sure the world is better than before."

The three of them stood together, watching as the first light of dawn broke through the clouds. A new era was beginning. The gods were no longer in control, and the future was in their hands.
