Chapter 25 - Chapter 25: "But I did indeed enjoy it yesterday..."

Minho stood in the kitchen, the early morning light streaming through the window, illuminating the space with a soft glow. The air was filled with the comforting scent of breakfast as he cracked eggs into a frying pan, his movements methodical yet distracted. He was aware of Seo-Jun sitting at the big dining table not far from him, completely focused on his phone. The silence between them felt heavy, neither of them had exchanged a word since Minho had fully woken up.

With his back turned to Seo-Jun, Minho's mind raced with thoughts. "What should I do now?" he wondered, glancing briefly at the clock. It was clear that Seo-Jun would be leaving for work later than he had expected, and that realisation added a knot of anxiety in his stomach. He needed to text Jin to let him know that everything was going according to plan and that he was okay. "If I text Jin late, he will get anxious..." The thought lingered as he mixed the eggs, adding a dash of salt and pepper, trying to focus on the task at hand.

As breakfast was nearly ready, he sliced a cucumber and diced some tomatoes, arranging them neatly on the plates alongside the fluffy eggs. He set the plates on the table. Taking a seat, he stared blankly at his plate, lost in thought. Seo-Jun, finally breaking the silence, put his phone aside and looked at Minho with an annoyed expression. "What could possibly be going on in that little head of yours now?" he asked, the sudden question slicing through the quiet.

Minho flinched at the unexpected interruption, his fork clattering against the plate as he quickly composed himself. "I have to think of something to say to him so that I won't cause suspicion." he thought, feeling the pressure of Seo-Jun's nonchalant gaze.

But even when Minho was trying to think fast, the only thing that escaped his mouth was "Ah..." He was looking aside, desperately trying to ignore the piercing gaze of Seo-Jun. The silence hung heavy between them until Seo-Jun's cold, low voice shattered it. "You didn't like the last night experience?" he asked, locking his eyes onto Minho's with a chilling intensity that seemed to strip away any pretence. Minho felt a shiver run down his spine, the lack of emotion in Seo-Jun's gaze felt like a warning.

Minho flinched, his heart racing, and stammered, "No, it is not that—" but before he could gather his thoughts, Seo-Jun cut him off, a smirk creeping onto his lips. "Oh, so you did enjoy it." he teased, leaning back in his seat with a confidence that made Minho's stomach twist. The way Seo-Jun crossed his arms only added to the smugness of his expression, as if he had just won a game.

Feeling a rush of embarrassment and frustration, Minho shot up from his chair, the legs scraping against the floor as he moved forward. "I DIDN'T SAY THAT EITHER!" he exclaimed, his voice a mix of frustration and panic. The words echoed in the room, and for a moment, the air was thick with tension.

Then Seo-Jun said, looking slightly upward with a smirk still on his face, "I must say I am not a fan of sex toys, so don't get attached to them. You won't see them any time soon." But the thought of the pleasure from last night's intense sex sent an enjoyable sensation through his body that he couldn't ignore as he thought, "But I did indeed enjoy it yesterday..." Minho sat back down in his chair, feeling the coldness in Seo-Jun's voice wrapping around him. He then looked straight into Seo-Jun's eyes, trying to steady himself, and said, "It's not about last night. I was just wondering..."

A sudden blush crept onto his cheeks, making him feel embarrassed as he continued, "Since we are gonna have sex more often than before… because I am living here now… can we at least use condoms?"

Seo-Jun raised an eyebrow, a mischievous glint in his eye, and let out a laugh that was both teasing and mocking. Minho felt a wave of confusion wash over him, mixed with a hint of anger at Seo-Jun's reaction. Seo-Jun then said, "Ha, you probably enjoy seeing other people laugh, don't you?" and pretended to wipe a tear from his eyes, fully embracing the playful banter.

He then stood up and began to slowly walk towards Minho, his expression shifting to one of seriousness. "I won't fuck you with a barrier on my cock. Believe me, you won't like it either." he stated, his tone leaving no room for negotiation. The air between them crackled with tension as Minho felt a mixture of frustration and embarrassment.

As Seo-Jun got closer, he leaned forward, placing one hand firmly on the back of Minho's chair, effectively trapping him. The air between them thickened as Seo-Jun leaned in, their faces mere inches apart. With a teasing smirk, he said, "Neither you nor I will feel the same satisfaction that we are feeling without the protection. It will be like a plastic dick in your ass." Minho remained unfazed by the sudden closeness. Seo-Jun, seeing Minho's angry face, raised an eyebrow, a silent challenge in his gaze, and straightened his posture, finally releasing his grip on the chair.

Minho's expression was a mix of annoyance and defiance as he shot Seo-Jun a pissed-off look. Seo-Jun, seeming to revel in the tension, casually stated, "So my answer is no. With time, you will get used to it. Besides, I will be cleaning you up after every time I cum inside you." With a nonchalant shrug, he turned away and sauntered back to his own chair, the smugness radiating from him. As he sat down, he picked up his fork and began eating, completely absorbed in his meal, a stark contrast to the charged atmosphere moments before. Minho, still fuming, couldn't help but think, "Asshole." He rolled his eyes in exasperation, trying to shake off the irritation as he finally focused on his plate, determined to eat despite the lingering frustration that Seo-Jun had stirred within him.

But then again, Seo-Jun's low voice broke the silence, cutting through the tension and stopping Minho from reaching for his food. "If you are worried that I might give you some kind of disease, I am clean. I check myself regularly." He spoke with a nonchalant tone, not even bothering to look at Minho while he said this. Instead, he picked up his phone, scrolling through it with one hand while the other continued to eat his meal, completely unfazed by the moment.

Minho felt an unexpected wave of relief wash over him, and he let out a sigh, closing his eyes for a brief moment as he whined, "OH THANK GOD! I thought he might give me something with all this "sleeping with different people every night"." The relief was palpable, but then he paused, a new thought striking him. "I am no different, actually… But I go on regular check-ups as well. And I am clean too, and I use condoms for gods sake!" The realisation hit him hard, and a blush crept up his cheeks as he thought again, "Oh, fuck this bullshit, what's done is done! There's no going back." With that determination, he grabbed his fork and began eating, trying to focus on the food in front of him while battling the swirl of emotions in his mind.

However, as he was eating, Minho couldn't help but sneak a glance or two at Seo-Jun and was observing him closely. He thought to himself, "I've never thought I would see him like this... with messy bed hair and a home gown, looking so relaxed yet somehow still nonchalant as ever." Lost in his thoughts, he didn't realise he was staring directly at Seo-Jun, his mind drifting to the unusual sight before him.

Feeling Minho's gaze, Seo-Jun finally broke the silence again, remarking without looking up, "If you continue staring at me so intensely, I won't wait until night to fuck you." Minho, caught off guard and embarrassed, quickly replied, trying to change the subject, "I was just thinking about how you are still here this late in the morning. Are you not going to work today?"

Seo-Jun turned to Minho, a sigh escaping his lips as he said coldly, "I am indeed still here. Today, as unexpected as it is, I have to attend my first meeting for the day at 1 p.m. The arranged place is closer to my house, so there's no point in going to Bloodline right now." Minho nodded, absorbing this information, "I see." he said, shifting his gaze to his plate, feeling the weight of the moment.

However, Seo-Jun continued to watch him, a hint of seriousness in his voice as he added, "However, this happens hardly ever. Don't get used to it. Most of the time, I'm already out early." With that, he returned his attention to his plate, finishing his food with a hint of determination, while Minho simply replied, "Got it." and mirrored his actions.

After a few minutes, Seo-Jun stood up, his demeanour shifting as he walked toward the exit of the kitchen. "Make yourself comfortable here. You will surely be spending all of your time around this house from now on." he said, his voice steady and authoritative. "You are not allowed to go outside without my knowledge first. And even if I let you out, don't go wandering around trying to make connections with your gang. If you need anything, like ingredients for cooking or something else, just contact the other maids, and they will bring it to you."

Just before exiting, he paused and turned back, his gaze piercing and cold as it met Minho's. "Don't go out of this house. And if you do," he continued, a sinister smirk creeping onto his face as he watched the confusion and frustration flicker across Minho's face, "I will always find out, and it won't be good for you." With that chilling warning hanging in the air, he exited the kitchen, leaving Minho in a state of shock.

Minho stood there, momentarily stunned, before finally managing to utter, "What?!" The reality of Seo-Jun's words began to sink in, and he sighed heavily, running a hand through his hair in frustration. "I suspected that he would do something like that…" he thought, a sense of dread creeping in. "I just have to be careful with what I am doing and how I am doing it so that I won't cause any suspicion. It should be easy... I think..." With a resigned determination, he started tidying the table, each movement a reminder of the tense situation he found himself in, the weight of Seo-Jun's threats echoing in his mind as he worked.
