Chapter 10 - Chapter 10

the journey continues and thanks to the services of Rocky who has become a living sacrifice or sacrifice makes the journey safe and calm.

although several times had to stop due to extreme traps such as walls that move to crush explorers, or a mace blow, or because the floor is open and underneath contains hundreds of spears ready to stab anything that jatu from above.

but on the other hand with the direction of the master Sage they can avoid the inhabitants of this mobile palace dungeon.

most of the inhabitants of this palace are golems who will take care of the care and maintenance of the entire palace.

the shape of each golem also varies, ranging from maids, warriors, knights, to nobles who regulate and command workers to foremen as well. if someone is lost here they will definitely not believe their vision that here is a dungeon in the form of a palace.

but in Rocky's own eyes the golems are not too much difference, because no matter what shape the golems must have a core that makes them live and move according to what is ordered.

'Am I now just like them?' Rocky thought while hiding when the golems passed by.

"Rocky! Let's move!... otherwise we're staying" Lylah shouted from a distance.

Rocky shook his head and established himself, that he was different! because he could still think, feel, and have emotions.

although more and more he forgot what it felt like when he was a human, and since entering this dungeon his mind was also getting fuzzy.

"Master? Is it far? I don't remember it being this far... " sweat continued to drip from Lylah's forehead, and her small hands now had a leather pouch filled with water and a fan that continued to fan her face.

Meanwhile, Master Sage looked at the map in his hands carefully, the wrinkles between his eyebrows could already show that he was confused. "Hmm... it shouldn't be like this"

"Why master?" asked Lylah.

"It looks like this building got lost" he replied while looking around the room.

hearing these words the exhausted Lylah looked at master Sage with a blank stare and she sat down leaning against the hallway wall. "he.. ehe.. lost, after all this time we've been walking... hiks"

"tsk haaah! it's not us who are lost but the building!" rebutted master Sage who was now swinging his magic staff and knocking it on the floor. "tak... DING"

the buzzing sound spreads and like sonar, whatever the buzzing passes through Master Sage can find out.

after a while Master Sage holds his chin while sorting out the information he got, on the other hand Lylah is now lying limp while being fanned by Rocky next to her.

"So, how is master?" Lylah asked weakly.

Master Sage glanced briefly and shook his head as he also sat down leaning next to her, "haaah... the room stays in place but doesn't seem to want to move like it should... and there's no golem there to take care of it"

'means it's stuck on something Yeah...' Rocky thought, but Lylah looked at her master with an exhausted expression. "What does that mean?"

Rocky shook Lylah's body and showed her hands that moved here and there and then stopped because they were stuck together.

Lylah who saw it immediately nodded in understanding. "oh... stuck? What did they get stuck on?"

Master Sage shook his head to show his ignorance, "There's something like millions of threads surrounding that building... it looks like there's a monster making a nest there"

After a while they rested Master Sage stood up and tapped his magic staff on the floor, instantly Lylah and Rocky's bodies were lifted by some kind of blue glowing wind.

"Already! Let's see the situation first and then think of the next plan" said Master Sage encouragingly.

Lylah nodded and took out a monster crystal from under her cloak and threw it to Rocky.

Rocky who received the crystal of course immediately ate it and returned to walking, and when he only got 3 steps a trap was active and destroyed his body instantly.

"Master Sage, do monster crystals also carry a curse of bad luck?"

After taking some time for Lylah to perform what she considered to be an effective jinxing ceremony they had now arrived in front of a door.

"What is this door master?" asked Lylah with wide eyes and open mouth looking at the magnificent door in front of her.

how could it not be? the door is about 6 to 7 meters high with a width of about 3 to 4 meters with carvings in the form of gardens, not only that the door is also plated with gold and gems.

"It is explained here that this room is a food storage area," replied Master Sage, who was already turning over the sheets of paper in his hands.

"Food storage? Why not just treasure storage? What a waste!" retorted Lylah with an annoyed face, followed by Rocky's nod.

master Sage continued to turn over the sheets of paper underneath, seeing that they were actually old papers that probably came from a book whose cover itself had been destroyed.

"Well... if you have so much money that you don't know what to do with it, that's what happens..." he closed his book and said. " He closed the book and pulled Lylah away a little. "Well... Rocky stop trying to gnaw on the gem and come here!"

Rocky who was busy gnawing on the jewel attached to the door leaf immediately stopped his action, and he languidly approached and stood behind master Sage. 'hmm... I wonder what would happen if I ate it'

"xixixi... you know Rocky" Lylah teased while holding back her laughter.

After that, Master Sage swung his magic staff and instantly a hand-shaped mist appeared and pushed the door.

slowly the door opened, and Master Sage dispelled his magic when the gap in the door opened enough for them to enter.

Lylah immediately took hold of her wand and at the end pulled out a ball of light that hovered above them.

Lylah directed the ball of light into the room, and just as they were about to enter Rocky pulled the two of them hard for several meters.

"Ouch! Rocky! What are you doing!?" asked Lylah who was now dangling from Rocky's hand.

Meanwhile, Master Sage turned around and asked. "You... feel something?"

Rocky nodded, after which he walked alone into the door and disappeared behind the darkness.

and after a while he came out with a white blob in both hands.

Rocky immediately showed the blob to master Sage and Lylah.

"What is that! You want to play with it Rocky?" Lylah said curiously.

"Take a good look at this little witch!" said Rocky who stretched out his arms, but the blob stretched out and prevented Rocky from stretching out his arms completely.

master Sage observed the object closely. "Hmm... Spider thread? If so, this is very troublesome."

Lylah turned her head while grabbing the blob from Rocky's hand. "What's wrong with this, master? Isn't this just normal Spider monster thread?"

master Sage took a pinch of the web with his index finger and thumb and felt that the web felt soft but had a stinging sensation when rubbed together.

master Sage held his chin while assessing the web he partially took on his two fingers, "that monster is in the process of breeding or even worse! .... he is evolving!"

"Hahahahha! " a child's laughter replied to Master Sage's serious thought.

Master Sage himself was surprised by the familiar voice, and when he turned his head he saw Lylah and Rocky clinging to each other in a strange way.

"Hahahahah! Rocky don't move too much! It's ticklish hahahah" said Lylah whose body twisted slightly and clung to Rocky.

"woy don't make toys! this net is really uncomfortable when attached!" said Rocky who was only heard only in the form of clashing and rubbing stones.

master Sage looked at them with a dark gaze as if losing hope. "You guys... enjoying this outing too much, huh?... or am I too stiff?
