Chapter 3 - Ch-3 The Hidden Power

[Scene: Inside W.H.O. Headquarters]

As soon as Virat stepped inside the massive building, his jaw dropped open.

It was like stepping into a sci-fi movie set.

Huge metallic halls stretched as far as the eye could see, glowing panels blinking with alien-like data.

There were superheroes flying overhead, scientists in white coats rushing around, and thousands of drones and robots zipping through the air delivering mysterious gadgets.

"Am I inside a superhero mall or something?" Virat thought, overwhelmed.

Inferno casually strolled next to him, arms behind his head like he owned the place.

He whistled loudly and waved at a passing drone.

"Oi! You! Bring the newbie to Dr. Issac!" he shouted, pointing his thumb at Virat.

The drone buzzed in annoyance, like it had better things to do, but still obeyed.

It floated down, grabbed Virat by the shoulders with two cold metal claws, and WHOOOOOSH —

blasted off at high speed down the corridor.

As Virat was dragged through the air like a human kite, he thought:

"Okay... this is either the coolest thing that's ever happened to me... or the start of my villain origin story."

He zipped past superheroes mid-battle practice, robots lifting massive weights, and scientists arguing over equations that looked like alien math.

Finally, the drone dropped him in front of a huge metallic door — but instead of landing softly...

the drone flung him onto the ground like a sack of potatoes.

THUD!

"HEYYYYY!!" Virat shouted, brushing dust off his hoodie. "Aren't robots supposed to be friendly!?"

The drone beeped once — almost like it was laughing — then zoomed away without a single apology.

Virat groaned and looked up...

Standing right next to him, arms crossed with a huge smirk, was Inferno.

"H-How did you get here before me?!" Virat asked, shocked.

Inferno leaned down, grinning.

"No questions, rookie. Heroes move fast," he said, winking.

Before Virat could complain, the giant high-tech door hissed open, steam rising like it was guarding some ancient treasure.

Inside...

The office was a complete mess.

Papers flying everywhere, blueprints scattered, drones building weird gadgets on the ceiling.

At the center of it all sat Dr. Issac — a man with wild grey hair, tiny circular glasses, and a lab coat filled with coffee stains.

He was currently arguing with an AI hologram... about whether tea or coffee was the superior drink.

When he noticed Virat and Inferno enter, he threw his hands up dramatically.

"Finally! Some non-metal people!! I was about to lose a debate against my own toaster!"

Virat stood awkwardly, while Inferno pushed him forward like a lost puppy.

"This is the kid," Inferno said. "He thinks he's powerless. I think he's hiding a nuke inside."

Dr. Issac's glasses glowed ominously as he scanned Virat up and down.

"Hmmm... small build... messy hair... confused expression... yep, classic late bloomer," Issac muttered.

He pulled out a weird-looking scanner that looked suspiciously like a hairdryer duct-taped to a calculator.

"Stand still, rookie!"

BZZZ

The device whirred and beeped as Virat flinched.

After a moment, Dr. Issac's face went serious.

Like seriously serious.

"...Oh boy," Issac said, leaning back.

"This is... unexpected."

"W-What? What's wrong with me?!" Virat panicked.

Issac grinned like a mad scientist about to drop a bomb.

"My boy... you have Infinite Growth."

"Infinite... what now?" Virat blinked.

"Infinite Growth!" Issac shouted, throwing confetti out of nowhere. "Your body has no limits! It adapts, evolves, gets stronger endlessly! Physical strength, speed, stamina — even durability — you can push it to literally infinite levels if you train right!"

Virat just stood there.

Mouth open. Brain not computing.

"So... you're saying I can... become a superhero?" he whispered.

Dr. Issac leaned forward, smiling mischievously.

"Not just a superhero...

Potentially the greatest superhero the world has EVER seen."

Virat's heart hammered in his chest.

He wasn't powerless.

He wasn't broken.

He had a future.

Inferno slapped him on the back so hard Virat almost kissed the floor.

"Welcome to the big leagues, kid."

Virat looked up, fists clenched tight, eyes burning with a new fire.

"I won't waste this chance."
