In a bold, yet reckless move, Leo and Sancho charged straight at the king, attempting to bypass the guards. However, their plan was swiftly foiled as one of the guards effortlessly swatted them aside with a mere flick of its sword. The two warriors were sent hurtling through the air, flying across the horizon before crashing to the ground. The guard's display of strength was a stark reminder of the formidable obstacles that stood between them and the king.
Undeterred, Leo and Sancho regained their footing and charged forward once more. This time, the guards were primed for battle, and in a blur of motion, they hurtled toward the duo with wind-like speed.
"Nexus," Leo whispered urgently, wrapping his arms around Sancho. Instantly, a radiant force field materialized around them, shielding them from the guards' lightning-fast assault. The guards' strikes reverberated against the barrier, but it held firm, protecting Leo and Sancho from the onslaught. With a wave of his hand the forcefield dispersed and a heated battle continued with the two wooden guards.
The air was electric with tension as Leo and Sancho clashed with the guards. Swords clashed, sparks flying as the blades met in mid-air. The sound of metal ringing out echoed through the corridor, punctuated by the grunts of effort and the crash of bodies against the stone walls.
SWOSSHHHH.....
Leo dodged a guard's strike, his own sword flashing in the dim light as he counterattacked. Sancho leapt into the fray, his movements a blur as he struck down one guard and parried another's blow. The guards were relentless, their attacks fierce and precise, but Leo and Sancho fought back with equal ferocity.
KLANNNNN.....
The battle raged on, the two warriors exchanging blows and dodging attacks with lightning speed. Sweat dripped from their brows, their breathing heavy as they clashed with their opponents. The guards were well-skilled and well-armed, but Leo and Sancho's determination and skill kept them at bay.
In a flash of steel, Leo disarmed a guard, only to be confronted by another. Sancho leapt to his aid, their swords weaving a deadly pattern as they fought to hold off the guards. The fight was intense, the outcome hanging in the balance as the two warriors battled against overwhelming odds.
Despite being outnumbered, Leo and Sancho refused to yield, their movements a testament to their training and resolve. The guards were formidable, but the two warriors were determined to emerge victorious.
'Tchhh...the mana of this two guards is overpowered' Leo scoffed.
"Sancho I have a plan....Sancho??"
Sancho was laying lifelessly on the ground- he has used up his mana energy.
Leo then felt like he was also loosing mana, for a moment there Leo couldn't feel his legs and his mind went numb.
He knew he was also running out of energy and he needed to protect Sancho from the automatons.
Seeing Sancho unable to move and losing consciousness he decided it was time to make use of energy from Sina.
'Ascend' Leo muttered in a low commanding tone.
WHOOOSHHH...
The air around him seem to shimmer, a soft ethereal glow materialized.
Sina emerged from the shimmering light, her form taking shape like a vision from heaven. Her skin glowed with a radiant, porcelain-like complexion, and her hair cascaded down her back in soft, golden waves. Delicate wings, feathered with hues of white and silver, unfolded from her shoulders, their gentle fluttering creating a soothing melody.
Her eyes shone like sapphires, filled with love, wisdom, and ancient power. A halo of soft light surrounded her head, casting a warm glow over her features. She wore a flowing white gown, intricately embroidered with patterns that seemed to shift and shimmer like the stars.
With an aura of serenity and strength, Sina embodied the essence of an angel – a being of light, love, and protection. Her presence was both calming and awe-inspiring, filling the space around her with a sense of wonder and reverence.
Her voice was husky and seductive as she whispered, "I thought you'd forgotten about me." She trailed her fingers along Leo's cheek, her touch sending a spark of energy through him. "I'm losing energy," Leo replied, his gaze fixed intently on the guards, who had resumed their positions beside the king.
The woman's response was a sultry murmur: "Uhhhh... let's kill my handsome assassin." As she spoke, she merged with Leo, her energy surging through him. A wicked grin spread across his face as he charged toward the guards.
"Replica," he muttered, and four shadowy duplicates of himself erupted from the ground, each one a mirror image of Leo. Together, the five Leos charged forward, their movements perfectly synchronized as they closed in on their targets. The guards, sensing the sudden multiplication of their foe, exchanged uneasy glances before steeling themselves for battle.
The fight erupted in a blur of steel and shadow. The five Leos, indistinguishable from one another, charged at the guards with synchronized precision. Their movements were a fluid dance of death, each replica anticipating and complementing the others' actions.
The guards, formidable warriors in their own right, stood firm against the onslaught. They parried and riposted with skill, but the Leos' sheer numbers and coordination pushed them back. Every strike seemed to come from multiple angles, forcing the guards to defend against an ever-shifting array of attacks.
As the battle raged, the Leos began to exploit the guards' defenses. One Leo feinted high, drawing a guard's guard up, while another struck low, aiming for the exposed leg. The guards stumbled, their reactions slowed by the relentless pressure.
The Leos' swordsmanship was flawless, their blades weaving intricate patterns as they struck and parried. The guards, despite their valiant efforts, found themselves on the back foot, struggling to keep pace with the Leos' frenzied assault.
In the chaos, Sina's energy coursed through the Leos, amplifying their strength and speed. The guards, sensing the dark power driving their opponents, fought with growing desperation. Still, the Leos seemed unstoppable, their replicas dissolving and re-forming with each passing moment, always staying one step ahead of their foes.
The fight was a whirlwind of steel, shadow, and fury, with the Leos working in perfect harmony to overwhelm their opponents. As the guards faltered, the Leos closed in for the kill, their swords rising and falling in deadly synchrony.
"Cursus," the real Leo muttered, his voice low and deadly. With a sudden burst of speed, he charged toward the guards, his movements a blur of light and shadow. His sword flashed in the dim light, slicing through the air with a soft whoosh.
In the twinkle of an eye, the guards' heads rolled to the ground, their bodies crumpling lifelessly behind them. The speed and precision of Leo's attack left no room for doubt – he was a master of his craft, and his enemies were no match for his skill.
The aftermath was eerily silent, the only sound the soft thud of the guards' bodies hitting the ground. Leo stood tall, his chest heaving slightly with exertion, his sword still humming with the force of his strikes.
'Dispel'
Immediately his clones disappeared and the strong aura of Sina slowly faded from his body.
As Sancho watched the events unfold, his weakness momentarily forgotten in the face of awe and trepidation, he became increasingly convinced that Leo was no ordinary being. The mysterious woman's sudden appearance, the replication of Leo's form, and the effortless dispatch of the guards all swirled together in Sancho's mind, fueling more questions than answers.
Who was the enigmatic woman who had fused with Leo? And where did the four replicas come from, each one a mirror image of the original? Sancho's thoughts reeled with the implications, his mind struggling to comprehend the scope of Leo's abilities.
As Leo approached the king, Sancho's gaze followed, transfixed by the unfolding drama. The king, once a symbol of power and authority, now stood helpless as Leo removed the key chains from his neck. The moment the chains were freed, the king's body began to glow with an ethereal light, transforming into a shimmering portal that pulsed with energy.
The key disappeared from Leo's hand, and he turned to Sancho, his eyes gleaming with an otherworldly intensity. Without a word, he scooped Sancho into his arms, his movements economical and precise. "Who are you?" Sancho asked again, his voice barely above a whisper, laced with a mix of fear and wonder.
Leo's response was silence, his face a mask of determination as he stepped through the portal, carrying Sancho with him. The world around them dissolved into nothingness, leaving Sancho to ponder the mysteries that shrouded Leo's true nature. The second test had ended, but the journey ahead promised to be filled with even greater unknowns.
