I let out a long, exhausted sigh.
But my smile betrayed the fatigue that coursed through every corner of my body.
I couldn't help but notice a faint glowing layer surrounding my body.
A barrier...
Barrier magic.
I had managed to learn it.
Of course, it was a simple barrier that couldn't withstand much damage, but even so, this was a huge step for me.
How long did it take me to achieve this?
Hmm...
'Ten days is nothing, right?'
I have no talent. No affinity for magic.
And although barrier magic isn't considered "pure" magic, it still requires magical power as its source.
Because of that source, it's classified as magic or, in some cases, semi-magic.
Fine.
Either way, it was difficult.
Sweat dripped down my entire body. I let it fall without trying to wipe it off as I sat on the ground, exhausted.
