Chapter 67 - Plans

Noa asked about the instructors who had shown an interest in him.

His very presence interrupted the lesson, not allowing the teacher to speak about whatever she had been talking about.

"All of them," the unfamiliar female teacher answered, locking her eyes with Noa's. "Every single instructor wanted to take you as their disciple. But some of them are angry because of your absence."

"Hmm…" Noa said, finally finding an empty seat.

"Why are they showing an attitude when they should be trying to win me over? I am not the one begging. It's not like my options are limited."

He spoke casually.

But his words and carefree expression stunned the classmates.

Noa was too bold, too rude, and too arrogant.

Either he was stupid for acting this way, or he had something up his sleeve.

What the other students could realize was that strength was Noa's sole basis for acting this way.

He understood how the world worked better than they did, even if he was a novice on Velrox.
