The dark sign were in their base listening to bara's explanation with the hologram like TV giving light to the dark room "As you can see, these monsters have divided themselves into groups. The one's who are on A and B- rank are going after strong nations in hopes to wipe them out, while the weaker one's that sorata, kenji and shinki fought are going after weaker countries and abandoned wastelands. Apparently, there are about 10,000 of the weaker one's while the stronger ones are just 3 in number. 1 B-Rank and 2 A-Ranks" Sorata while listening had a disgusted tone in his voice "They think we're weak huh? Disgusting creatures!", bara continued his explanation "These things aren't anything like the monsters we see in forests or something Isolated part of the world, hell they don't even have features that can be found in prehistoric or extinct creatures.", the smirk on his face became wider "So my guess is that.... these things came from some other world. In short, they're outer worldy creatures. Creatures that possibly live in another planet" This sentence from bara made everyone slightly shocked, ukina on the other hand was just sitting comfortably on her throne, her head was laying on her knuckles, her legs were crossed and she was sitting very comfortably. Ukina's face seemed rather abit annoyed, not that she was angry, but it was like as if she knew what bara was talking about. Bara continued to explain "Scientists from other countries have examined the bodies of these monsters like they're lives dependend on it, they were shocked to understand how their bodies functioned. The monsters are also capable of intelligence as well. Not just that, they seem attracted to power." Bara plays a clip of some of these monsters holding a stone that seemed to be glowing "Is that..... an energy stone?", Kirihai asked. Bara replied "Yes, it is an energy stone. Energy stones can't simply just be held by bare hands, the radiation alone is enough to kill an average C-rank. A-ranks can't even hold it without being slightly affected by the radiation of an energy stone, some would even get incredibly sick. Most of the energy stones seen in places like forests are nothing but pebbles compared to an actuall energy stone. Its a good thing humanity has built things to contain such power tho." Kenji then asks with his right leg crossed above his left leg "So let me get this straight. These things have intelligence, are from some other planet from only God knows where, and are just casually taking over countries like a game.", bara replied to kenji "Well, you see, most of the countries that the stronger monsters were able to invade, sent some of their strongest military forces to battle said monsters outside their cities.Although the countries that got invaded either lost some of their strong soliders in terms of injuries, and lost a ton of military might. Although the country itself wasn't completely affected." Sorata then asks "So what you're saying is that the stronger monsters are capable of wiping out countries, but some other countries have already been destroyed or atleast a large part of it. And the weaker monsters that myself, shinki and kenji fought are just running around taking down weaker cities?", bara replied sorata with a pleasant smirk "Yeah, that's most of it.", Kirihai then asks "Uhhh, I'm glad we've figured out the strategic aspect, but that doesn't explain how these things are casually holding energy stones. Like you said, the radiation from energy stones are enough to kill anyone who isn't on A-rank or something like that. So how are those aliens or whatever able to hold them?". Bara replied with a soft but devious smirk "Hm, nice question Kirihai. If you remember well, I said that these creatures have intelligence, so figuring how they are able to hold the energy stones is simple. They either A: Quickly developed something to contain the power of energy stones. Or B: Have been monitoring earth for a while and it's resources. Its possible they have organs in their bodies that allows them to avoid the effects of radiation due to the harsh environment they are coming from. But my take is that they probably understood how powerful the technology and resources on this planet is, so they most likely planned ahead.", sorata replied with his arms folded and a slightly annoyed tone in his voice and on his face "Thc! *On this planet* You say that like as if you are an alien yourself". Sorata started to stretch "Well, we live in a wold where the craziest of shit happens, so I'm not surprised by any of this at all." Shinki just took a sigh "Well whatever. Now we have a pretty good gist of what these monsters are and what they're capable off. It's only a matter of time before shit gets real.", he had a tone of tiredness and relief in his voice. Kenji with a smirk on his face and his face resting on his knuckles replied shinki "I know, right? It just sucks. Well, as long as this space alien bullshit whatever doesn't affect our goals, it's not our problem." They all then hear ukina's voice saying "You're so right.", with a tone of relief in her vocie. Everyone turned to ukina who just stood up from her throne and stretched a little "This whole monster invasion isn't our concern. Well by now, some of the other powerful nations like the iron country, the country of raijin, the lightning country and the city have probably noticed this by now. I predict that in a month from now, or maybe in the next three weeks, some of the strongest soliders from each of those nations would gather in a place together to take those monsters out. Bara, you said they were taking out weaker countries with with weaker monsters and the stronger countries with the stronger monsters. That already solidifies the fact that they are attracted to strength." Ukina had a devious smirk on her face as she then proceeds to exclaim "If they're attracted to strength, then we'll simply just chock them with the strength they're so desperately looking for! That odd to teach them not to mess with our world!", this statement from ukina was enough to make the rest of the dark sign members confident with smirks on their faces. Ukina proceeds to walk out "Shinki and I will take care of the strong monsters, the rest of you should just sit back and watch the show." As she was about to walk past bara, she tells bara "You did a good job bara, keep it up. That smarts of yours is the reason why we would win at the end." As ukina was about to walk out of the hall, bara just smiled softly and said to ukina "Thank you lord ukina. Although i have something else to show you all.", everyone looked confused for a moment "Huh.", they all exclaimed with confusion, including ukina. Bara snapped his finger as a box that seemed to be made from metal materialised on his hand "Well, a few weeks ago, I invaded a science laboratory and decided it was a good idea to steal and experiment on the body of these creatures myself.". The metal body of the box started to whine down like a window as all what was in the box was just an organ covered with water and a very dark ooze all inside the box "I was able to get what seemed to be an Internal organ of the monsters and experiment on it. Pretty cool, right?", bara exclaimed with delight. Everyone in the room were disgusted, even ukina had abit of a worried and irritated look on her face "Uhh, bara? I want you to throw that thing into the deepest and darkest hole you can find. Now!", even shinki seemed to have a bother but funny frown on his face "God. Sometimes I forget how awkward we all can be."
