5th October 1947: Renaming of Aurangabad to Shikohabad meets with protests from Nehru government and that protest is ignored. Riots in Hyderabad and Aurangabad happen.
15,000 people are arrested. Their property is taken over by Hyderabad Nizam government to cover the property and people losses. Then they are sent to Pakistan along with their family via ship.
18th October: Hyderabad Policy Exam is announced to be held on 1st November. It's syllabus remains unknown.
20th October: Meets with the previously banned politician groups in Hyderabad, and has a discussion on Hyderabad state's future after constitution is passed. She agrees to help in the creation of linguistic states, with the Maratha regions of Hyderabad to separate and join other Maratha speaking regions to form Maharastra, Kannada regions to Karnataka, and the majority Telugu speaking region to join with the rest and form Andhra Pradesh.
She tells them to participate in the Hyderabad Policy Exam.
23rd October: Land plots for Hyderabad Vishwavidyalay, Hyderabad R&D College(a subsidiary of Hyderabad Vishwavidyalay), and Hyderabad Medical School are confirmed. Designers, Architects and Civil Engineers are called for preparing a draft model of those.
27th October: Nizamabad Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Research Institute(NAAHRI)'s location is determined and its foundation is laid.
1st November: Hyderabad Policy Examination is conducted in the 5 official languages of the state. The proctors are lazy and don't care about people cheating in the hard exam. In some classrooms, the proctor also gets bought.
All those who cheat, and don't complain about the corruption in the conduction of the exam in the 'How do you feel about the exam?' section of the test are failed.
The rest, 587 examinees are passed. Several of them having scored 0 numbers.
3rd November: Land Planning and Redistribution Act is passed. It allows Hyderabad government to buy big plots of lands for 1% more cost than the per sq km price of land as of 15th August 1947.
In villages, most of the land of the landlords is bought by the government, and divided into five parts: Farmlands, Biofuel Mini-Plant, Village Center, Village Clinic and Village School.
Farmlands are divided with ideal size, and given on lease to people between the age of 16 to 32 for 99 years. They need to pay 1% of the crop as tax and submit it to the big central village storage at the end of each produce. They are given the crop seeds for the first seasons, and will be free to grow whichever crop they want to from the district crop list after 3 years.
The lease is transferable only to people without land.
In cities, especially Hyderabad, the city planning is already done. The land reorganization is done accordingly, making space for:
1. local train stations and tracks,
2. 'Everything Towns' with 20 storey buildings, shopping market, garden, lake, Local Station, school and hospital being in 15 minutes walking distance.
3. 1 University (Hyderabad Vishwavidyalay), 1 R&D college(Hyderabad R&D college), 30 engineering+commerce colleges, 30 Medical Hospital-colleges, 1 Arts college.
4. Electronics and Electrical equipments manufacturing.
5. Lotus Temple, and surrounding areas for a Food Stall attraction.
6. Hyderabad International Airport.
7. Aircraft and Aircraft Engines Manufacturing.
8. Pipeline, drainage, water treatment and supply plants.
9. State Highways.
18th November: Finalising the Hyderabad Oil Company(HOC), making JRD Tata the temporary CEO for ten years.
26th December: Meeting with the Shiekh of Abu Dhabhi. Getting an exclusive oil-extraction contract for 49 years which will mean oil extraction even during warrime as long as the war is not on Abu Dhabhi's ground. A 50 million rupees deal. Abhu Dhabi will only sell the oil in Indian rupees.
29th December: Investment of 50 million rupees in Dubai, buying its port and many crucial lands.
31st December: Return to Delhi.
