"I want to create a personal security company. So basically bodyguards. Here is how it will go: you will train people and teach them some of your powers, and I will run everything else within the company. Then we will rise to the top together. Our people will infiltrate the households of the most powerful people and become their allies and saviors. Their most trusted source will be us. We gather information and influence and eventually get the revenge we want," Yan Yuiling said with a fiery temper.
This wasn't just something to make money; this was like creating an army and connecting with powerful people, and eventually it would lead to the destruction of Ding Feng. She was tired of people like him throwing around their influence to get what they want. Xiao Lao was quite jealous of this woman. She was not sure how strong this woman was, but the way she talked, she was an equal to Yi. That was reason enough to dislike her. And then she even wanted to use Yi for her plan. Unforgivable.
"No, you won't work for me," Yan Yuiling answered calmly. "You will work for Yi," she explained.
"Ok, then it's fine. But don't ever use him," Xiao Lao replied. Making Xiao Li almost facepalm.
Yi, not quite sure what was happening, decided to clear up the situation. "Xiao Li and Xiao Lao, if you are willing to work for me and Yan Yuiling as the official leaders of our new company, I won't treat you badly. Name one wish each, and I will try my best to fulfill it. Likewise, you will be paid fairly for the work you do by this world's standards," he offered.
Xiao Li was quite surprised. Ever since meeting the Mountain Lord Yi, he couldn't quite gauge his personality. No, it was more like he could not believe his personality. He thought the exalted mountain lord would be someone proud, someone that wouldn't take advice or suggestions, but it seemed like he was wrong.
