Chapter 33 - Chapter 33 Mama's Boy or Destroyer of World

Kadoya glanced over at his Frogadier, who sat cross-legged beside a small pond, eyes closed, completely immersed in a meditative pose. The blue frog exuded an air of calm serenity, his breathing slow and even.

"Just as I thought," Kadoya murmured, watching the subtle flow of natural energy swirl around Frogadier as he entered Toad Sage Mode.

Being a frog himself, Frogadier didn't suffer from the usual side effects of Toad Sage Mode that plagued human users. No risk of toad-like transformations here; he is an amphibian after all.

Kadoya smirked. He'd found a loophole, a clever little cheat to attain perfect Sage Mode. Let Frogadier master it first. Then, once he evolves into Greninja and activates Battle Bond, the two of them could sync completely. That way, Kadoya could tap into Perfect Sage Mode directly through their link.

"Good. Keep going," Kadoya said. "Try to balance it with your spiritual energy and stamina."

Frogadier cracked one eye open, visibly annoyed. "You're just dumping your training onto me, you lazy jerk!"

Kadoya remained unmoved, his skin thicker than a chakra-infused tortoise shell. Besides, the twenty shadow clones behind him seemed to agree with Frogadier's sentiment, all of them nodding subtly while immersed in various forms of training, Elemental Release, Hand Seals, Throwing Techniques, Fūinjutsu, Genjutsu, Kenjutsu, and Ninjutsu.

And then there was the real Kadoya.

Lying back, sipping a can of Monster Energy, casually recharging his chakra and infusing it into pre-prepped storage seals like a man leisurely preparing for the apocalypse.

He knew this was a terrible habit he had built. But did he care?

Not even slightly.

He is stockpiling for the Second Great Ninja War, then he could cosplay as Kadoya Uzumaki, spamming ninjutsu with zero cooldowns and maximum flair.

He glanced at the makeshift timeline in his mind. According to what he knew, most kids entered the Ninja Academy at the age of eight and graduated by twelve, meaning it takes four years before a student can graduate.

In the original story, Naruto entered the Ninja Academy early in the age of five, but he failed the graduation test three times, and by the time the other Konoha 12 joined the Ninja Academy. Naruto could already be considered a third-year student. And after four more years did he graduated with the other Konoha 12.

Right now, the Academy was still in its rough, early stages. He and his friends had joined when they were just five.

Currently, there are nine, and already entered their fourth year. According to what he knew, the five and six-year students are mostly students who failed to graduate or were sent back by their Jonin teacher.

Did that mean they'd be expected to graduate by the end of the year?

Could he intentionally flunk the test to stay in school longer?

…Nah. No one would buy it, not with his current stats. He'd ace the thing in his sleep, and everyone knew it.

"How annoying," Kadoya muttered, eyes narrowing as he focused on his stat window again.

By now, Kadoya had reached Chunin level, with certain areas of his skillset edging into Jonin territory.

But it still wasn't enough.

Not in this world, one where monsters in human skin could wipe out Kage-level shinobi like swatting flies. At his current level, Kadoya wasn't confident he'd survive the coming war without ending up like Nawaki, blown to pieces the moment he set foot on the battlefield.

He reached into his pouch and pulled out a Totem of Undying. It was his insurance policy, one more chance at life, a failsafe for the inevitable explosion that would one day mirror Nawaki's fate.

Clenching it tightly, he whispered, "Not today."

Then, he drew his Zanpakutō.

The air shifted. A faint spiritual pressure pulsed from the blade, weak but unmistakable. After being sealed within his body for over a year, fragments of his spirit had begun integrating with the steel blade. The soul was slowly awakening.

It was only a matter of time before his Zanpakutō fully manifested its spirit.

As he studied the blade, a thought surfaced.

A Zanpakutō is an extension of the soul, a reflection of one's essence. If the Sharingan is the eye that reflects the soul… then the Zanpakutō is the blade that reveals it.

A wild idea sparked in his mind.

Could he channel his Sharingan's abilities through his Zanpakutō?

If that worked, if he could project his ocular powers into the sword, wouldn't that mean he could use them without burning out his eyes?

The possibilities thrilled him.

Still, all of that was theoretical. Right now, he had something more concrete.

After a full year of restraint, a full year of denying himself the addictive rush of RNG, he'd finally saved enough Evil Points.

26,820.

Enough for a 10x Gacha Roll.

Kadoya exhaled slowly, opening the system menu. "Let's see if the gods of chance are still with me."

He exchanged the points, 25,000 Evil Points converted into 10 precious System Points.

Then, without hesitation, he hit the button.

Congratulations! [New!] Hana Hana no Mi, [New!] Genjutsu: Aria From Beyond, [New!] Father System, [New!] Skill: Instinct, [New!] Skill: Perfect Vessel, [New!] Maid Outfit, [New!] Sign Summoning Contract: The Kuriboh, [New!] Master Sleeping Pillow, [New!] Poison Plate, [New] Skill: Master Doll Maker, [New!] Tiamat Jinjuriki

Kadoya's eyes widened as he stared at the reward flashing across his interface.

Another Devil Fruit.

The Hana Hana no Mi, or the Flower-Flower Fruit.

He blinked, processing the implications. This was no simple power-up. With this fruit, he'd gain the ability to sprout and replicate parts of his body, arms, legs, eyes, on any surface, living or not. In the right hands, it was deadly.

He could snap someone's neck from across a battlefield without ever lifting a finger in person.

"Damn… this is broken," he muttered, turning the digital image over in his mind.

But the question now was, what to do with it?

"Should I seal it inside my body… or give it to Sis? Or Saiguu?"

Minato? No. This fruit didn't suit his style at all, his combat style is a quick style that relies on speed and fast reaction, and isn't suited for the slow set up given by the Hana Hana No Mi.

But then, how would he even explain this thing to them?

Hey, I found a weird, swirly fruit that grants superpowers and doesn't need chakra, just eat it, trust me.

Yeah. That'd go over real well.

No one would believe it, even though he didn't believe his own words. Not in a world where chakra was everything. Sure, the fruit looked exotic, maybe even mystical, but who in their right mind would think it could grant power just by eating it?

Then a thought hit him.

"Kaguya…" he whispered. "She got chakra from the Chakra Fruit."

The realization sank in. The origin of all chakra in this world… started with a fruit. And only a handful of people knew that. He knew that.

But to the rest of the world? Telling someone a fruit could grant them power would get him labeled insane.

Well the Uchiha is also known for having a few loose screw, and Kadoya is known for speaking nonsense. So people might think he is just speaking nonsense.

He let out a slow sigh and slipped the Hana Hana no Mi into his inventory. "I'll figure it out later…"

Giving it to his sister or his friends could make them powerful. But it would also make them targets.

Danzo was still lurking. That rotten bastard wouldn't hesitate to cut open a child to gain their unique power for himself, using the excuse "for the good of the village." Kadoya didn't doubt for a second that if Danzo got wind of something like a Devil Fruit, he'd come after it, and anyone who had it, without hesitation.

Even now, he hadn't told his sister or anyone about the Mera Mera no Mi he sealed inside him. He wasn't ready to take that risk.

What if they let it slip?

What if someone found out before he had the strength to protect them?

Would his power be enough to shield the people he cared about?

…Or would it one day be the reason they were taken from him?

Genjutsu: Aria From Beyond was, on paper, a simple technique. Nothing flashy, no grand illusions, just pure, unfiltered annoyance. It infected the target's mind with whispers. Not just any whispers, but the voices of people they knew, friends, enemies, mentors, even exes. All murmuring nonsense at once.

In short: auditory hallucinations dialed up to psychological torture.

Kadoya smirked. "Weaponized irritation. I love it."

Then he scrolled to the next notification from his System and immediately groaned.

Father System...

"Man… I'm not even a teenager yet. I haven't even married, and this dumb system already wants me to be a dad," he muttered, rubbing his temple as he read the description of his latest system vest.

Apparently, if he trained or raised kids, his kids, they could passively generate points for him. Every time they trained, or did something borderline chaotic or stupid, he'd earn 0.1 points. After ten such activities, it'd convert into a full point.

Basically: a slow, draining, long-term AFK farm.

The System had turned parenting into passive income.

Honestly, Kadoya didn't even know how to feel about it. On one hand, it was free points. On the other hand, children. Literal, noisy, crying, chakra-leaking goblins.

Still, he wasn't in a rush. He had, what, thirty to forty years before the Fourth Great Ninja War? Plenty of time.

If he had kids around the same time as Minato, they'd be roughly the same age. Their fathers were best friends already, it'd be poetic if their children became best friends too.

"Yeah…" Kadoya muttered, tossing the System message away. "All I need now is a wife, a crib, and maybe a babysitter that doesn't try to assassinate my kid."

The skill Instinct was pretty straightforward, just like the one used by that legendary blonde female King.

"Damn," Kadoya muttered. "All I need now is to paint my Zanpakutō gold, slap on some blonde hair dye, and throw on a blue dress... I could call myself Saber."

He paused.

"Actually… should I go full Black Maid Saber instead?"

He knew full well neither his sister nor Saiguu would ever put on the maid outfit he had stashed in his system inventory. So, reluctantly, or maybe thankfully, he decided to keep it.

Perfect Vessel.

As the name implied, it supposedly turned him into an ideal host. But honestly? He wasn't sure if it did anything. With the infinite potential granted to him by his system, shouldn't his body already be "perfect" by default?

"If this was Perfect Sage Body, maybe I'd be more impressed," he mumbled, shrugging.

Turning his attention to the Poison Plate, he narrowed his eyes for a moment, then decided to just seal it inside his body instead of chucking it into his ever-growing junk pile.

Master Doll Maker.

Now that had potential.

He just needed to "borrow" Sunagakure's Puppet Master Jutsu… permanently.

Biting his thumb, Kadoya ran through a quick string of hand seals and slammed his palm against the ground.

"Summoning Jutsu!"

POOF!

A loud puff of smoke exploded outward, and when it cleared, standing (or rather, floating) in front of him were five tiny, fuzzy balls of fluff.

The Kuriboh Brothers: Kuribah, Kuribee, Kuribeh, Kuriboo, and Kuriboh.

They blinked up at him with innocent, bright, happy eyes.

Circling around them with a critical gaze, Kadoya scratched his chin. "Can I use you guys as living meat shields?"

Kuriboh Brothers: "!!?"

He knows about the main used and ability of Kuriboh. He'd test their durability and usefulness later. If the effect is the same as he remembers, then that would be great.

Just imagining the scene, a single Kuriboh leaping in front of a Tailed Beast Bomb, blocking it with sheer fluff and willpower, was hilarious enough to make him snort.

Forget Hashirama, even Madara would've dropped his jaw in disbelief.

"World's invincible plush toys," Kadoya muttered, a grin tugging at his lips. "Yeah… I'm keeping you guys." The Kuriboh brothers quickly disappeared.

Kadoya narrowed his eyes at the final reward from his system.

Tiamat Jinchūriki...

He inhaled deeply, then closed his eyes and slipped into his mindscape. The familiar void greeted him, dark, vast, and filled with the items he'd sealed within himself over time. But this time, something new, someone, was there.

A girl.

Slender and small, dressed in a plain white dress with sleeves that hung past her hands. White stockings, cyan-blue hair tied neatly behind her head, and two distinct large horns curling gently from behind her ears.

She was resting peacefully in the void.

Kadoya recognized her instantly.

Tiamat.

The Goddess of Beginnings. Or, as some might say, Mommy.

Her form mirrored her first appearance in Fate/Grand Order, the more innocent, less apocalyptic version. She was curled up as if napping, completely unaware of the world around her.

And honestly?

Kadoya found that... reassuring.

He didn't know whether this was the Tiamat that could be summoned as an Alter Ego, or the Beast of Regression, one of the Evils of Humanity.

If it was the former, then great, he'd officially upgraded from orphan to Mama's Boy. But if it was the latter?

Then the world was already on a countdown clock.

"I wanted world peace," he muttered to himself. "But if she's the Beast... I might've become the destroyer of world."

Still... she was his problem now. He was the one who brought her here. His responsibility.

"Note to self: add more seals," Kadoya sighed.

He pulled out the Master Sleeping Pillow, an item that granted mind-calming effects and boosted sleep quality by 50%. Not super rare, just annoyingly expensive at 2 System Points.

After opening the Shop System, Kadoya found that some items he originally could gain from his Gacha System could be bought in the Shop System, although not powerful stuff, they are really expensive. The other power is even more expensive.

Floating closer, he gently slid the pillow into Tiamat's arms.

Without stirring, she instinctively hugged it tighter. A soft smile brushed across her sleeping face.

Kadoya found himself smiling, too.

Without another word, he exited the mindscape.

Back in the physical world, he summoned two Shadow Clones to assist in inscribing additional seals on his already tattoo-covered body.

Once the sealing was done, Kadoya now bore two new flower-like tattoos, one on each shoulder. They mirrored the elegant style of Caster Gilgamesh's tattoos, though his were crimson red, blending with his existing markings.

One was a modified Eight Trigrams Seal ensured to keep Tiamat sealed inside him, and the other, his own custom creation, a Mental Isolation Seal designed specifically to block intrusions into his mind.

The last thing he wanted was for an Uchiha or Yamanaka to go poking around his head, stumble across a sleeping goddess, and because of curiosity or sheer stupidity, accidentally wake her up.

Congratulations!
