Chapter 45: Not My Brother, My Husband!
She picked up the phone and looked at the caller ID, only to find Elizabeth. Her mood dropped even more before answering the call.
"Aiyi baby!" Elizabeth shouted over the phone, making Zaiyila wonder if she was alright.
"You called?" Zaiyila responded trying to sound normal but her voice betraying her real effort.
Elizabeth was silent for a moment. "Aiyi baby, what's the matter? Who bullied you?" she inquired, as if ready to fly over and avenge her.
Zaiyila sighed. "Nothing, I just woke up," she replied.
"Ah, I'm very sorry! I woke the little princess from sweet Dreamland. That's very bad of me."
Zaiyila frowned. She wasn't used to being called a princess and wanted to correct Elizabeth and ask her to address her as "Queen," but she soon decided against it.
"It's Sunday. Why did you call so early?" she questioned.
"Let's hang out, baby!"
"Not interested."
