Sarah and I were walking and finding a store to buy what her mom wanted. I was so tired and my energy was drained, A few meters away I saw a convince store. I told Sarah that we could stop by the shop to buy the things she needed. She agreed and told me to stay outside and wait until she returns. I waited outside as she told me to, staring at the sky like a corpse. A few minutes later, she arrived back with just an energy drink and a vanilla-flavoured cake. I was so confused, why would her mom need an energy drink and a vanilla cake?
I asked her is that all your mom asked you to buy Sarah?
With a smile on her face, she said It's for you, dummy. My mom didn't ask me to buy anything
I giggled and replied Thank you, dummbboo.
She opened the soda can and gave it to me I drank it so slowly that I could spend time accompanying her. The can was over but I was too shy to ask for the cake she bought. She started to open the cake and I asked if I could have a piece.
With a sweet gesture she said NO.
I closed my eyes and started to think if I said anything bad or in any bad tone that it hurted her feelings that she spoke to me that way. When I opened my eyes, I saw a piece of cake in her hand directed towards my mouth
Is she feeding me I thought for a second, she said Here, take it My hands are paining,
I ate the sweetest cake of my whole life that day, it was so sweet that I could feel her affection towards me. I replied Thank you Sarah.
We were talking for a few minutes, and out of curiosity, I asked her, "How are you, this beautiful Sarah?"
With a sweet gesture, she replied, "This is my first time hearing it from a man."
A mannn????? Man? man? did she just call me a man? I was jumping like a kid inside that she called me a man. I did not believe her. Don't lie Sarah, I know that you have heard this manytimes.
She replied, "As I said, I have never held hands with a boy. No one ever has said this to me, your the first Noah."
The only thought I had was to hold her hands and say that she is the prettiest girl in the whole world and that I would never leave her side and love her forever. But I had no guts. We started to walk back to our home. On the way to our houses, we did not have that much of a conversation. When we entered our street, She said Okay, meet you at my house at 10 AM. I forgot that I had plans with her tomorrow.
I asked What about your mom, won't she scold me?
Why would she scold you? You ain't gonna kidnap me, anyway, my mom is in Dubai for an important meeting with the CEO of the company.
Do you live all alone now? I asked
Yes, is that something to worry about? She replied
No, not at all, okay then, meet you at 10. But the places which we are going to visit will be decided by me, is that okay?
She replied Yes, of course it is, why not?
After the sweet interaction, we said goodbye and went home. As soon as I get home i throw my bag and take a quick shower, and start to think about the places where I wanted to go with Sarah. Thought that the beach would be good or the arcade might be better, with all these thoughts in my head, I went and lay on my bed thinking that tomorrow is a big day and I have to be ready to buy the things she wants.I thought that tomorrow I would ask her about her past love life and to plan more hangouts to spend more time with her as the holidays were around the corner.
