SCENE 1
Location: Moving Truck - Night
(Heavy rain pours outside. Inside the dimly-lit truck, a DOCTOR and TWO ASSISTANTS are performing a gruesome surgery on a semi-conscious man, removing his organs.)
Doctor (whispering):
"Quick. Harvest the liver. Then the kidneys. No mistakes."
(Camera slowly pulls back, showing trays filled with human organs, blood pooling on the dirty truck floor.)

Location: Black Squad Bureau – Day

Arjun (annoyed):
"NIA, FBI, IB... every agency has different info about Herpeet Dongra. Some say he's operating from Turkey, Russia, Japan, Korea, New York, Scotland... even Palestine."
(Imran leans back, frustrated. Just then, Zoya and Shreya walk in, followed by Sub-Inspector Riya and Inspector Meera.)
Riya (urgent):
"Sir, we have a new case — organ trafficking. Fresh lead just came in."
Imran (nodding at Zoya):
"Zoya, you handle this. We are focusing on Dongra."
Zoya (firmly):
"Got it."
Arjun (smirking):
"Need backup, just call, okay?"
(Suddenly, a VOICE echoes from the Bureau cafeteria.)
Voice (offscreen, deep and sharp):
"Not okay."
(Everyone turns. A MAN in a sharp suit, holding a cup of coffee, walks toward them. Cold, calm, and magnetic.)
Imran (shocked, standing up):
"You?!"
Shreya (quietly):
"He's our new ACP... ACP Vijay Kumar."
Inspector Meera (impressed):
"ACP Vijay Kumar... one of the youngest and top IPS officers of the country."
(ACP Vijay sips his coffee slowly, his eyes unreadable.)
ACP Vijay Kumar (coldly):
"What happened in the past stays in the past. Focus on the present. Solve this case."
Arjun (gritting his teeth):
"We will solve this case... and the Dongra case too. The end result — CID's bullet and Dongra's head."
ACP Vijay Kumar (stern, emotionless):
"You are cops, not goons, Mr. Rathore. I'm removing you from Herpeet Dongra's case effective immediately. Focus on the organ trafficking case."
(Tension thick in the room. Everyone exchanges looks. Zoya nods to herself, determined.)

"A tip-off came from a highway patrol unit. They spotted an abandoned truck 30 km outside Mumbai. Blood traces were found. No driver, no patients."
(On screen: Crime scene photos — blood-splattered truck interior, surgical tools scattered.)
Shreya (serious):
"And inside the truck... samples were collected. Confirmed human organs."
Inspector Meera (adding):
"Trafficking ring seems to target migrants, homeless, and missing people. They are picked off the streets."
(ACP Vijay listens silently, analyzing.)
ACP Vijay (coldly):
"Location?"
Riya:
"Abandoned textile mill — 15 km from the truck site. It's a suspected handover point."
ACP Vijay:
"Split into two teams. Shreya, Riya — work on local intel. Check nearby clinics, hospitals, any black market chatter."
"Zoya, Meera — gear up. You're coming with me to the mill."
(He turns sharply. His authority is unquestionable. Zoya exchanges a quick glance with Shreya, then nods.)

Zoya (whispering):
"Silent. No guards."
(They move deeper inside. Strange chemical smells.)
(They find a hidden door, slightly ajar. Inside — blood stains, old surgical tables, discarded gloves.)
Meera (grim):
"They used this place to prep bodies before transport."
(ACP Vijay runs his fingers along the bloody table, unemotional.)
ACP Vijay (coldly):
"This isn't their main base. It's just a pitstop. They're smart. Always moving."
Zoya:
"We're chasing shadows."
(Suddenly, a NOISE — a faint cough.)
(They find a YOUNG MAN (mid-20s), weak, tied up in a dark corner.)
Zoya (rushing to him):
"He's alive!"
Young Man (weak, gasping):
"T-they took... my brother... heart..."
(He falls unconscious.)
Meera (horrified):
"They're operating in real-time. Someone else is being prepped right now!"
(ACP Vijay's expression hardens.)
ACP Vijay (clipped):
"Move out. Time is blood."
(They lift the victim and rush him out.)

SCENE 5
Location: Mumbai City – Slum Area – Night
(Dark alleys. Rain starts to drizzle. Shreya and Riya, dressed in civilian clothes, move carefully through the crowded slum market — an underworld hotspot for illegal activities.)
Shreya (whispering):
"Keep your eyes open. These people smell cops from a mile away."
Riya (focused):
"I know a guy — 'Chotu' — he deals in stolen hospital supplies. Might have heard something."
(They stop at a small shack. A skinny teenager with nervous eyes smokes a bidi outside.)
Shreya (calmly):
"Chotu?"
(He flinches.)
Chotu:
"Di... Didi... I don't know anything!"
Riya (stern):
"We're not here to arrest you. Help us, and we forget you exist."
(Chotu looks around nervously. Then nods, hurriedly pulling them inside.)

(Dim light. Surgical gloves, blood bags, and IV stands stacked like junk.)
Chotu (whispering, scared):
"There's a new doctor... called himself 'Doctor Sahab'. Not from here. Comes in black vans. Pays good for bodies — fresh or half-dead."
Shreya (urgent):
"Where do they take them?"
Chotu:
"Old government hospital — shut after that dengue outbreak last year. It's outside city limits. They run operations from the underground morgue."
Riya (gritting her teeth):
"How many people?"
Chotu:
"I-I don't know. But big... 20-30 patients every week. Some don't even wake up..."
(Suddenly — a LOUD CRASH outside. Two burly men with knives rush the shack.)
Thug 1:
"Cops! Kill them!"
(Instant reflex — Shreya grabs Chotu and pushes him behind her. Riya draws her gun in one slick move.)
Riya (firing warning shot in air):
"FREEZE!"
(The thugs hesitate — just for a second. Enough. Shreya charges, tackling one. Riya subdues the other with a swift elbow strike.)
(Both thugs are handcuffed, writhing.)
Shreya (coldly):
"Wrong night to mess with cops, boys."

(They spread out. Black jackets melting into darkness.)

"Basement. Move."

(An old patient screams faintly before being sedated.)
Arjun (growling):
"Monsters."
ACP Vijay (dead cold):
"On my mark..."
(Team gets into position — crossfire angles.)
ACP Vijay (softly):
"Mark."
(ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE —)
Arjun smashes a surgeon into the table.
Zoya and Shreya rescue unconscious victims, covering them.
Riya and Imran pin down the armed guards.
ACP Vijay walks into the center like a ghost, unblinking, shoots a fleeing doctor in the leg.

"You don't know who I work for! I... I have connections!"
Imran (grabbing his collar):
"Tell your 'connections' to send you a lawyer."
(He slams the doctor in handcuffs. The assistants are cuffed too by Riya and Meera.)
(One of the assistants starts crying, begging for mercy.)
Meera (cold):
"Mercy? You left kids to die for money."
(They drag the three criminals out.)
(Outside, media cameras flash. Police vans roar as they carry the criminals away.)

(Arjun and Imran sit across the Doctor in Interrogation Room 1. Zoya and Meera are interrogating the First Assistant in Room 2. Shreya and Riya are with the Second Assistant in Room 3. Outside, in the Bureau corridor, ACP Vijay Kumar stands in front of the CCTV Monitor, arms crossed, coldly watching all three interrogations.)
Inside Interrogation Room 1:
Arjun (slams file on table):
"Who is running your organ racket? Speak, before we make you speak!"
Doctor (sweating, nervous):
"I... I only do surgery... I don't know anything else!"
Imran (coldly):
"You think we are fools? This is not a joke. Start talking!"
(Suddenly, the door bursts open — Zoya enters, panic in her eyes.)
Zoya (breathless):
"Arjun! The first assistant… he just collapsed! He ate something — poison! He's dead!"
(Arjun and Imran look at each other in shock. They all rush out into the corridor.)
(Moments later, Shreya comes running from the other side, tension in her voice.)
Shreya:
"Second assistant also dead. Same way. Poison!"
(Suddenly, on the CCTV Monitor, they all see the Doctor inside the Interrogation Room. He locks the door from inside. Everyone freezes.)
(The Doctor looks directly into the interrogation camera, a dark smile on his face.)
Doctor (speaking to the camera, eerily calm):
"This is business... survival of the fittest. Organs bring money... and the money feeds the empire. The empire... of Herpeet Dongra."
(Everyone is stunned. A beat of silence. Imran's fists clench. Arjun grits his teeth.)
(Before they can react — the Doctor pulls out a hidden capsule from his sleeve and swallows it. Seconds later, he starts convulsing and collapses on the floor.)
Arjun (shouts):
"Break the damn door!"
(Arjun charges forward and kicks open the door. They rush into the room. Imran and Arjun check the Doctor — but he's already dead.)
Meera (frustrated):
"Damn it! He's gone!"
(Zoya stares at the body, stunned. Everyone turns to Shreya.)
Arjun (angrily):
"Shreya! You didn't check them properly while arresting?!"
Shreya (defensive, confused):
"I did! I swear, I checked them... I don't know how they hid the poison!"
*(Heavy silence.)
Imran (eyes burning with anger):
"No... someone helped them. There's a traitor among us... someone loyal to Dongra."
(Everyone exchanges tense looks. ACP Vijay Kumar watches them from the corridor, his expression cold and unreadable.)
