Chapter 96 - Chapter 96

### **Chapter 96:

Title:The Weight of Battle

The chapter begins with Dinesh and Jayesh stepping forward, their movements fluid and deliberate. They bounce on their toes, their bodies emitting faint wisps of steam as they prepare for battle. Jayesh mutters, "Light Body Technique: Weightless Movement," while Dinesh follows with, "Tai Chi Style: One Thousand Weight." The ground beneath them begins to crack with each step, the pressure of their techniques warping the very earth.

Jayesh moves first, his body leaving behind a trail of steam that perfectly outlines his form in the air. His speed is blinding, a blur of motion that even Sakamoto struggles to follow. "He's… super fast," Sakamoto mutters, his voice filled with awe.

Rajesh nods, his eyes fixed on Jayesh. "His technique allows him to mimic the speed of sound. He's practically weightless when he moves."

Jayesh appears almost instantaneously in front of Headless, his hand striking the warlord's shoulder with a sharp *CRACK*. Before Headless can react, Jayesh vanishes, reappearing to the right and striking the other shoulder. He moves like a ghost, his attacks relentless. He appears behind Headless, striking his spinal cord, then below him, delivering a powerful uppercut to his abdomen.

Jayesh's voice is calm but commanding as he mutters, "Shen Blocking: Light Body Strike—32 Pressure Points." His hands move in a blur, striking Headless's body in 32 precise locations simultaneously. The strikes block Headless's Shen flow, his armor shattering piece by piece with a series of loud *CRUNCHES*. For a moment, Headless is immobilized, unable to use his Shen.

But Headless is not defenseless. With a mere thought, he wills his sword to rise, the blade spinning through the air with a sharp *WHOOSH*. Dinesh, however, is already in motion. His fists radiate immense pressure as he closes in, delivering a devastating punch to Headless's waist. The impact is earth-shattering, the ground beneath them cracking and splintering with a deafening *BOOM*as the punch from Dinesh had a pressure weight of one thousand .Headless is sent flying, his body crashing into the ground repeatedly until he tumbles off the edge of the floating island.

The victory is short-lived. Jayesh collapses to one knee, blood pouring from a deep wound in his shoulder. Headless's sword, acting on its own, had struck him during the chaos. Dinesh rushes to his side, his voice filled with concern. "You're bleeding badly. We need to get you out of here."

Jayesh shakes his head, his voice strained but determined. "No. Focus on Headless. The Shen blocking won't last long. We have to finish this now."

As they speak, Headless rises from the edge of the island, his body battered but unbroken. His armor is destroyed, revealing a torso covered in scars—a testament to his countless battles. He stands atop his sword, the blade floating beneath him as he ascends back to the island.

Jayesh's voice is urgent. "The Shen blocking will only last two minutes—if we're lucky. We need to end this before he breaks free."

Dinesh nods, his expression grim. "But that sword… it's a problem. He's controlling it without Shen. We can't fight him and the blade at the same time."

Jayesh turns to Sakamoto, his voice firm. "If you can swap places with people, try targeting the sword. Take it out of the equation."

Sakamoto hesitates but nods. He closes his eyes, focusing on the sword. For a moment, he loses himself, his consciousness drifting into a dark, endless plain. There, he encounters an entity—Jushin, the dark force within him. The entity is formless, its presence overwhelming, but Sakamoto doesn't have time to dwell on it. He snaps back to reality, his hand outstretched.

In an instant, the sword vanishes, replaced by an invisible shadow clone that only he could see and after a moment it vanishes. The blade is now stored in Sakamoto's shadow plain, out of Headless's reach. Headless roars in anger, his voice a guttural *SCREAM* that shakes the air. He breaks part of the Shen block, freeing his right hand and foot, but the rest of his body remains immobilized.

With his freed hand, Headless lunges at Dinesh, his movements still terrifyingly fast. A wind blast erupts from his palm, sending Dinesh flying with a loud *WHOOSH*. But before Dinesh can hit the ground, Headless grabs his right arm, the one he used to deliver the devastating punch earlier. With a sickening *CRUNCH*, Headless breaks Dinesh's arm, the sound echoing through the air. He tosses the limp arm to the ground, blood pooling beneath it.

Jayesh blurs forward, catching Dinesh before he can crash. "Shit," Dinesh mutters, his voice weak. "He broke my arm…"

Headless turns his attention to Sakamoto and Rajesh, his expression unreadable but his intent clear. He opens his mouth on that appeared on his chest a gruesome mouth like creature , a resonating sound building within him. The air around him distorts, the ground trembling as he prepares to unleash his attack. "Luton Sound Wave Blast Technique," he mutters, his voice a low growl.

From his mouth on his chest, a devastating soundwave begins to form, the air vibrating with a deafening *HUM*. The attack is building, its power undeniable. Sakamoto and Rajesh brace themselves, knowing that this could be the end.
