Preamble
We, the citizens of all countries under the influence of this Covenant, establish this covenant and swear by our own conscience to protect and expand justice, peace, and freedom.
Section 1
All those under the effect of this Covenant are free and equal. All humans possess equal rights toward freedom, and based on these natural principles, we establish this holy political body.
Section 2
All countries under the effect of this Covenant maintain freedom, independence, mutual fraternity, cooperation, and peace. They fight together, maintain sovereignty together, trade together, and exist together. Matters concerning war, diplomacy, trade, and sovereignty are monopolized by the union bound by the Covenant.

All countries under the effect of this Covenant agree to mint and use currency from a single source. The right to issue and circulate this single currency is monopolized by the union bound by the Covenant.
