(Third Person POV)
Twirling her long black hair with her fingers, Sharon sat in class, her mind far from the lesson. She couldn't stop thinking about her brother. It had been three days since he'd last been home. The weekend was over, and he was supposed to return in time for school, but there was still no sign of him.
Knowing how reckless Asher could be sometimes, she couldn't help but worry. What if he'd wandered into a dangerous dungeon and gotten himself into trouble?
Her thoughts were abruptly shattered when something smacked her in the face. A board duster. Chalk dust exploded across her uniform.
She looked up. It was her teacher.
"Eyes on the board, Miss Sharon!" the teacher snapped, hands planted on her hips.
The class erupted with laughter.
