Jenny decided to pluck some flowers to decorate their room, for she was feeling romantic today and wanted to impress Brian once he reached back. Just as she put a step outside the door, her heart fluttered at the sight of James entering through the gates.
"James!" She waved her hand in delight. However, suddenly an explosion before the front porch took her by shock. It was too late for her to react; her ears went deaf and suddenly she felt a huge force throwing her body away.
"J-a-m-e-s," she uttered his name for one last time before she passed out. Her head had hit the ground too hard, causing it to bleed; there were subtle burn marks over her crystal clear skin, and her pink wrap dress was now torn into pieces.
