Boom! Boom! Boom!
The violent nine-colored tribulation thunder rampaged across the sky. The terrifying power was so immense that even powerful beings like Leng Yaozhu and her sister felt a chill run down their spines.
"Elemental Tide!" Even in the vastness of space, Gu Yue could still condense a sea of elements, merging them into a massive ocean to meet the terrifying nine-colored tribulation thunder.
Even those on the Douluo Continent, far below in the atmosphere, could see the enormous elemental ocean parting the tribulation thunder just by raising their heads.
One by one, the powerful Limit Douluos flew ten thousand meters high into the sky, looking up at the terrifying sight above the atmosphere.
Beneath the elemental ocean, beside Leng Yaozhu, mountains and rivers, sun and moon, stars and constellations began to appear slowly. Surrounding her were nine drops of true Heavenly Phoenix Flame, forming a massive ring of fire that floated behind her—holy and majestic.
Leng Yaozhu formed hand seals with both hands and then struck out with a palm. Everything around her instantly transformed into streams of light that merged into the metal Xia Yi was forging.
These were powers of the laws themselves, materialized and branded onto the future core of the Divine Realm meant for humankind.
Beside her, Leng Yulai was also surrounded by phantasmal illusions, both real and illusory—sunrise and sunset, the changing of seasons, the passage of day and night. Spring, summer, autumn, winter; flowers blooming and withering. All of it turned into flowing light and merged into the metal Xia Yi was forging.
Xia Yi lifted his gaze, and with a flash of understanding in his eyes, he also formed hand seals, imbuing his comprehension of the Hetu Luoshu and the Huangdi Neijing into the forging process.
From within the elemental ocean, beams of light and shadow also came flying in.
Even while resisting the heavens, Gu Yue sent over her understanding of the laws of heaven and earth.
Boom… Boom…
The nine-colored thunder tribulation suddenly became even more violent. In addition to the tribulation brought by the artifact itself, a second wave came from Xia Yi's act of full integration and forging.
The original torch-shaped divine core, after Xia Yi had merged all kinds of heavenly and earthly treasures into it, had now transformed into a massive seal.
Atop the seal stood a five-clawed golden dragon, soaring through the heavens. Its four sides were engraved with the cosmic starry sky, the land and oceans, the nation and society, and the myriad races in contention. At the base of the seal, a true phoenix cried out to the earth.
"Zhu'er!" Xia Yi looked up at Leng Yaozhu.
"I know. No need to remind me. Hmph!" Leng Yaozhu snorted coldly and imprinted her spirit onto the seal.
This also signified that she had become the seal's first master.
The seal shot up into the sky, plunging into the tribulation thunder, actively accepting its baptism.
Seeing the seal take form, Gu Yue ceased resisting the thunder, reverting to her human form and descending beside Xia Yi. Her aura was slightly chaotic; even with her divine-level power restored, she was still shaken by the nine-colored tribulation thunder.
"Are you alright?" Xia Yi asked gently.
"I'm fine. I just need to regulate my breathing a little." Gu Yue shook her head, then looked up at the seal undergoing the tribulation. Her beautiful eyes sparkled, filled with brilliance and spirit. She said, "To draw such a terrifying thunder tribulation… the quality of the Douluo Seal is already no less than the core of the Divine Realm of the former Douluo God Realm."
Douluo Seal—that was the name Leng Yaozhu gave it.
Once the Douluo Seal survived the tribulation, and it was linked to the laws of the Douluo Plane, then if Leng Yaozhu wished it, she could kick Tang Hao off the throne of plane master in a matter of minutes.
Boom! Boom!
Thunder filled the sky. The area around the Douluo Seal, wrapped in nine-colored thunder, now resembled an endless void—vast and boundless.
Within the void, the origin of the Great Dao was revealed. Infinite truths, boundless mysteries, and the essence of the Dao spread across heaven and earth. Limitless meaning and endless origin together formed a vast sky and earth.
A tall figure began to manifest. She wore a dragon robe and a crown upon her head, exuding majesty and dominance. Though her features were indistinct, it was still faintly discernible that this figure was none other than Leng Yaozhu.
She had just imprinted her spirit into the Douluo Seal, and now her image was being manifested by the seal itself.
"Leng Yaozhu" looked up at the nine-colored tribulation thunder. An invisible pressure burst from within her—it was terrifyingly real, so much so that it struck fear into one's very soul, like a sovereign standing above all, gazing down upon the world.
The aura of a sovereign erupted forth, surging violently, instantly oppressing the souls of everyone present, like she could swallow mountains and rivers with her might.
Suddenly, "Leng Yaozhu" flicked her sleeve. The dragon robe billowed, as if it had reversed the heavens themselves, instantly shattering a large portion of the nine-colored thunder tribulation.
In the shadows, a pair of ruby-like eyes stared intently at the scene before them.
"I admit it… I'm jealous!"
Even the Mother of the Abyss (Crimson Mother), upon seeing the Douluo Seal, couldn't help but swallow hard.
Only now did she realize that all her previous understanding of the Hetu Luoshu from secretly observing Leng Yaozhu was merely scratching the surface.
Though the Leng sisters were far less powerful than her, their understanding of the Hetu Luoshu far surpassed hers.
Not to mention, they also had the Huangdi Neijing.
Even though she knew that, even if she stole the Douluo Seal, she wouldn't be able to use it.
The Douluo Seal was forged specifically for the Douluo Plane. It couldn't connect to the laws of the Abyss, and thus couldn't help the Abyss ascend to a Divine Realm.
Even if she stole it, it would be like the torch-shaped divine core she had given Leng Yaozhu—only good as a collectible, utterly useless.
But still, the Mother of the Abyss was torn.
Hesitating on whether to expose herself and steal the Douluo Seal.
Such a fine Divine Realm core—if the Abyss couldn't use it, how could she allow the Douluo Plane to keep it?
Who knew how many God Kings it might give rise to in the future?
"Hold it in. I can't steal it. There's still another Divine Realm lurking in the shadows." The Mother of the Abyss took a deep breath, struggling to suppress the urge to seize the Douluo Seal.
She hadn't forgotten about the Divine Realm that had formed when she first arrived on the Douluo Plane.
"If they can do it, I can too. With the Hetu Luoshu, I can forge a core tailored for the Abyss, helping it ascend to the Divine Realm—and it will be stronger than this one!" A trace of pride flashed through her beautiful eyes. If Xia Yi and his group could do it, she didn't believe she couldn't.
Her understanding of the Hetu Luoshu might not be as deep right now, but that was only because she hadn't studied it for long.
Give her time, and she didn't believe she'd fall behind anyone.
Clenching her teeth, the Mother of the Abyss returned to the Douluo Plane.
If she stayed any longer, she feared she really would lose control and expose herself just to seize the Douluo Seal.
The tribulation thunder ended! Just as Xia Yi and the others returned to the Douluo Plane, they saw a host of Limit Douluos awaiting them.
"Your Majesties, the Heavenly Phoenix and Dark Phoenix!" All the Limit Douluos stared at the Leng sisters with blazing eyes.
Leng Yaozhu's gaze swept across the crowd. Aside from a few special exceptions, nearly all the Limit Douluos of the Douluo Plane had gathered.
The fact that the Leng sisters were trying to create their own Divine Realm was no longer a secret. With such a massive disturbance today, how could the Limit Douluos sit still?
Even Chen Xinjie had come, though he didn't show himself and was hiding among the clouds in the distant sky.
When Leng Yaozhu looked toward his direction, he immediately fled the scene.
